Wow, wow, wow! Look at these beautifully presented platters! We felt like royalty dining, and also got to experience the salsa zumba that started at 8. The food was all exceptional, and I will be back for those lamb cutlets!!! Thank you Chic. A delicious choice to dine. (Also halal)
A firm favorite for a night out. Good range of food and drinks. Pretty much guaranteed to have something for everyone.
Must try: any of their lamb dishes.
They also have a flawless beef burger - perfectly cooked, clean crisp flavor, and a generous patty.
Every Thursday we are going to dance there. The staff are always welcoming and food was tasty and huge portion 😊
Had some Devine cocktails here while visiting Christchurch with friends. Gr8 mix of music, the staff were awesome.
We waited a while to get a drink, they were fairly full though with minimal staff so not a biggie.
The male waiter was very good compared to his female counterparts asking all the right questions about wanting more drinks, was the meal OK etc.
The food was on point! We were in a group of 5 & the meals were brought not too spread apart.
The place was incredibly noisy though which limited conversation.
Good place to go for a very quick bite rather than a night out with conversation.

The owner of the restaurant is so friendly and the atmosphere was awesome and prices were reasonable.
Wish we could stay more in Christchurch and come for dining more, unfortunately it was the last night.

Food is divine and didn't wait long considering our big order for 11 people. 1 Chef only and suggested another platter to save me money. Fish bowls are devine not to mention a good Shisha. Thankyou recommend this place. Big ups from me.
Very Central location in the heart of Richmond. Great Persian theme. Orders did not take too long to prepare. Food serves were great. Waiters made sure dietery requirements were met as discussed. Went here for.my mum's 50th birthday. Not full marks for this place as waiters brought food from the toilet area hallway, there was another function booked in on the other side of the bar and it got quite noisy for our little celebration. Otherwise staff were friendly. Clean facilities and great food.
Absolutely delicious and yummm. I would have rate it 10 stars if possible. Best ever Persian food I had for ages. Even better than top restaurants in Iran. The ingredients were all fresh, cooked to perfection and the size of the dishes were verryyy generous. We ordered chicken nibbles as starter to share, kebab Bulgaria and mix grill bowl for main.
Very happy to find this restaurant and will definitely go back many times.
I could hear "wow" from other tables as soon as they were served with foods.
I stumbled across this place on a cold July evening and could not be happier! I love Mediterranean food, so this was a great discovery. Lovely, fast service and a delicious meal that I could take back to my hotel room! Yum. Lots of choices and very hard to choose, so I'll just have to go back next time I'm in town.
Came on a Friday night as a very large group for staff Xmas work do. The meals are huge and very reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely return
Enjoyed our meals and drinks at Chic. I ordered the Bakhtiari. The meat was tender and full of flavour👌🏾 Everything was really good! Great value for money. Clean and chill atmosphere. Lots of variety for food and drinks. Definitely recommend to come here as it turns into a Night Club after hours so if you're in for a big night then come to this place🙂
A nice place for a family dinner. Loved their Lamb shank dish. There was a party going on so was a but too noisy. Didn’t have to wait for too long for our food.
Great dinner with my girlfriend. We had the Mediterranean platter which was Devine. A couple of cocktails and a beer. Great atmosphere and service.
Have also been here when it's Nighttime and the club is a lot offun. Hughly recommend!
Finally I have found a place in which I could eat the real Kebab! Meat was meticulously marinated and was very easy to chew and eat.

Not a big fan of trying new places- as l have been to a few so called 'Persian' restraunts.I have been disappointed many times nothing taste like back home in Christchurch. We ordered Koobideh. This l tell you now is true Persian cuisine. The meat is juicy every bite you take. The portions are truly Persian (if not more generous). They also had a verg unique beer set up going on. 13 tap beers to chose from. What a selection!
