Nice restaurant open late been here quite a few times because their food is amazing with a relaxed atmosphere I love the drinks milk bubble tea🧋yum. Very big selection of drinks. Rated them 2 start on their service cuz now when sitting down at the table ready to order the waiter/waitress comes over and tells me they will not take your order, they tell you to download an app and order it on the app so the service is next to nothing. They also have karaoke rooms which I have not tried.
Food is always delicious! You can never go wrong in Ancestral.
Best place to get taro ball iced dessert. Soft chewy taro balls with red bean paste, jelly, various condiments in shaved ice and condense milk. We ordered it and paid online by the QR code but forgot to apply the discount code. A bit gutted. All self-service.
Very nice food. It’s been there since I came to NZ in 2003. Still one of my favourite dinning place.

We came here for the Laksa! Delicious 💯 creamy and the taste was yummy. Definitely will come back and order other meals.
Asian food and bubble tea seems to go really well together. Food was great and the service was attentive (because of the service call button). Great for group meals!
Food is on the oily side but it's good comfort food for a cheat day. Their fried dishes like the sesame chicken (C11) and deep fried squid (A14) are super yum. From memory their crystal chicken is also super good. Good service and nice atmosphere.

Quick service, clean area, good food at a reasonable price and heaps of parking. They also have QR scans on the table so you can order online and not wait for them to take your order.
I generally order food through Uber and it's normally fine. Food can be a bit on the sweeter side. The lemon chicken was bitter as they cooked it with the skin. Karaoke option isn't great. Rooms are nice but song selection caters for more mandarin singers.
What a great place to go for dinner. The food is just outstanding, staff are very friendly. The music is great for the atmosphere. Thanks so much I love eating your food 😋
