We enjoyed this coffee shop.
Everything we tried was amazing!
We were in town on business and we were happy that it opened early and the entire staff were so friendly.
I got a flat white often and my wife enjoyed their capacinnos. They have freshly squeezed orange juice and their yogurt bowls were remarkable.
The second time to visit this cafe, I love their fit-out and style. Mosaic tiles and indoor green plants, nice coffee ☕️ and food give me a really good morning to start. The almond croissant and BBQ chicken sandwich are tasty, and if you order a warm soup for your morning stomach, I think it is a good idea.
Looking forward to visiting here next time.
Good experience! I took my parent there and they certainly enjoyed their visit. We ordered croissants and scones, which were baked with great quality. The sausage roll was reheated too much and over burnt but my mum said it’s ok. The coffee was exceptionally great, as expected. Will come again!
Such a great find!! Went to four other cafes before stumbling across this cafe. Warm and inviting, stunning decor and very friendly and helpful staff! We are those annoying people with fussy kids and they went out of their way to tweak menu items to suit us! The whole family loved it. Food was delicious and fresh! The bagels and cheese scones and smoothies were excellent! We will be heading back for sure during our stay in Christchurch!
Good coffee here as you'd expect but really wasn't impressed by the cabinet food options though my partner had the chicken soup and enjoyed it. We were there at about 4pm and the staff had clearly had enough, not a smile among them.
Friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Lively atmosphere. Drinks came out fast despite how busy they were. On this visit we tried one of the new winter warmers: White Chocolate Chai. Yum yum yum! Not a combination I had ever thought of but it was delicious! We always love trying the winter warmer drinks and cake of the month, they never disappoint. Highly recommended for getting your city coffee and cake fix.
Came in one early morning, wanting to just get coffee but the menu was beckoning for us to fill our bellies. Flat white was so good. Had to take away another cup. Wish I asked for barista’s name to recommend her. Cafe filled up as we left. But to be the first ones there enjoying a cuppa fresh brew and some sweet + savory brekkie was pure bliss.
Coffee Culture never disappoints. Coffee was great and atmosphere was chill.
Love love love Coffee Culture! Every location has consistently well presented and great tasting coffee! The culture card is a bonus if you frequent their cafes (as I do) & you receive monthly specials like half price smoothies as well as get 10% off coffee every visit & get a free birthday coffee! I’ll keep going back for sure! Also everything has been posted recently so cool atmosphere & modern decor in every spot x
We randomly selected to go to this coffee place and were amazed by the overall experience. This place had amazing coffee and food and we had one of the best bagels here. The staff is really good and helpful. This place had really modern and minimalistic interiors which made this cafe stand out from others. These people also promotes sustainability right from the cups they use to how they dispose the garbage. Must recommended place to go.
The service was extraordinary with staff who care and are passionate about what they do. The food is divine, and I love my iced choco too. The ambience with the bit of outdoor area with the second photo highlighting the nice little planting area making it modern, clean and airy. I am thankful I stopped in here today 😊
Both days I spent in Christchurch I went here for breakfast. They open around 7am, which was exactly what I needed.
Soup, pastries, all tasted great. Coffee was nice. Would have continued to eat here every morning had I been there longer.
Prices were more than acceptable for me.
Love the chic interior here! Heard from my friend that the interior of every coffee culture is different, and I really like that idea. This was modern and clean, with loads of sunlight coming through. Perfect for an afternoon coffee. Their coffee is really good too!
Lovely cafe to wind down after a tiring day.
Service is great and you can sit there for hours without feeling uncomfortable. They have a mix of people from different nationalities working there, and they are always friendly to chat with.
Love the pour overs, and the juices are good on those caffeine free days.
Logan’s recommendation of the chicken and avocado bagel was perfect, and it was just the right amount of food before I enjoyed my coffee.
Tried their cake the other day which was on the sweeter side, but the yoghurt on the side just made it amazing. I remember venturing to Riverside market for dessert but ended up back at Coffee Culture the crossing after not finding anything I wanted 😂
My friend ordered a ham and cheese sandwich press few weeks back, and she enjoyed it.
Join their coffee culture card, and get 20% off any hot drinks. TnC applies maybe? Not sure 🤔 I only started using that card like two times.
Oh and the location is just perfect. Just right next to the Riverside market, walking distance from the bridge of remembrance. Botanical gardens are not too far away as well.
Fantastic place to have a coffee and some food. Very friendly and efficient staff, coffee and food arrived very fast and were delicious. The staff smiled all the time which makes you feel welcomed.
Great Cafe - lovely stuff - after coming here for 3 weeks most of the stuff was making the effort and learning my name. Love the coffee and the peanutbutter cups 😊
