Well to be honest didn't expect the food to be so good, tried the thai chk green curry and the red pork curry ...both were really so good that we had it back to back for two days !!!!! .Centrally located ,small lil place ,you wold love it if you are on shoe string budget as it is truly V F M .
Food was cheap, very reasonably priced, but did not compromise the flavour. Fast service and cooked fresh. A good stopover in Christchurch for a meal.
Both the food and service are very good here. Been here many times to dine in and takeaway and all times have been good. The Chicken Pad Thai is a must try here and there curries are also very good. One of the better Thai spots in Christchurch.
Not much seating options in the restaurant although this is more of a takeaway spot if anything. Overall great food and great service, highly recommend this place.
Authentic stuff! The food is well worth the price, had the green curry, beef curry, seafood tom yum and green curry fried rice. The spiciness is just nice and the portion served is generous. Never thought that I can find this gem here all the way in Christchurch.
We got takeaway prawn Tom yum soup with noodles tonight and the fresh chicken spring rolls. The spring rolls were delicious! Lovely and light with fresh vegetables and juicy chicken. Came with a little tub of dipping sauce which was yummy and a bit different from the average sweet chilli sauce. The soup was super flavourful and packed with lots of prawns. It had quite a variety of vegetables including fresh green beans. The noodles were in a separate box. They were beautifully presented with bean sprouts and a lemon slice.

My go-to for Thai takeaway. I usually get one of the curries, but pretty much anything on this menu is amazing. The amount of food for the price is also very welcoming, and staff are friendly.
We went off the ratings on Zomato and got pad see yew and Thai beef curry, phone order.
Both were GREAT. Hot (temp) and med spice was perfect. Seriously cost effective! (Not that we were looking for "the cheapest) better than the other Thai places across the road!! Yum yum yum! Will eat here again! :)
Always get great service with exceptional food. Staff always remember a face, the staff become part of your friends always keeping up to date when you walk in. LOVE this place been going on irregular basis for at least 2 years getting to know the staff and the staff getting to watch our family grow up.
Great value for money, staff are very friendly and the food is delicious! I would have liked the satay chicken to be a slightly bigger portion as we were sharing, that didn't bother me as it is cheap enough to order two next time.
I cannot get over how great this place is. Staff are amazing and food is some of the best Thai food I have ever tasted. Place was so warm and welcoming. Its a small restaurant I have to be honest and say I didn't expect much, but man did they prove me wrong!! Cannot wait to bring my friends here to dine again. I drive 30 minutes to get to Mee-Mee's and every minute is worth it!
This restaurant is located in an area with tons of Thai takeaway. So why stop at this shop? Simple, the food and service were Awesome! The owners are also the cooks and you can tell they care deeply about their food. We went on a Saturday as dinner service was beginning with our two young daughters. We ordered green curry, dry stir fried chicken, and chicken pad Thai for the girls. All the food was excellent. Great portions, seasoning was well balanced, and the prices were great. The curry was by far our favorite but we ate everything and left with extremely full bellies. Our four year old proclaimed it the best restaurant ever!
The best Thai food in Christchurch! Really affordable and tasty food. Staff here are super friendly also and I've been there 3x in one week which just goes to show how delicious the food is. Thai green curry is the best I've ever tried. Definitely recommend to any one after a tasty Thai treat
ABSOLUTELY amazing food. The best Thai food we have found and very reasonable prices. The restaurant isnt flash, but the warmth of the owners and their food certainly makes up for this. Our favoutive regular!
This is the best Thai and the friendliest staff. Anyone that says anything else may be at the wrong place. Beautiful tasting food that's as cheap as chips. Well and truly worth a visit. Our favourite takeaways by far
Mee Mee's is my local, just down the road from where I live and just a few doors down from my work. Simply outstanding, the friendliest people you can encounter, serving great portions of delicious thai at prices that are cheaper than Maccas. Superior to the Thai place across the road in every way. I would recommend the laksa soup, just $10 and its almost enough for two. Also, if you ask for it Thai hot they actually make it hot unlike most other places in town.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise it was to eat here tonight with the food, price and service! We had the best Indonesian Chicken and Potato Curry we have had in a long time! Also the fact they cook to your needs (allergy) is a real bonus. All ingredients tasted fresh and the place was quite tidy. We will be going back and bringing friends for sure! The service was with a genuine smile!

Have been coming to Mee Mee for years now, always get the Green Curry and it’s always full of flavour, have tried the other meals and they’re all delicious too and for reasonable price! Owners are lovely people also 🙂
The best thai food in town ! You get generous portion for the price you pay ! Highly Penang curry with chicken or tofu ! They can alter their dishes to suit your needs !
Food is value for money. Simple setting as its primery business is take away. Little chilly in dinning room, but food tasty and well priced. Second time back.
Great food. Service was fast and friendly. Also available to takeaway. I enjoyed my meal and can't wait to go back.
