Before we leave this city, we visited here again for the best cheese scone and custard in Christchurch.
Their staff was super friendly. When we told her that we received a wrong order, she smiled and gave the new food. We will keep a fond memory.
Service from Angel was exceptional and the food was delicious, tea was basically cold so one small let down but otherwise it was a fabulous high tea. The decor was beautiful and the Tannery over all was a beautiful hidden gem.

We had high tea here this afternoon and it was the best high tea I've ever had. We're vegetarian and usually the options aren't great but here all of them were amazing and a great variety too.
Would highly recommend coming for high tea if you're considering it.

Our first time in Victorian Tearoom and it was amazing, Sarah/Sara 😊 our host and the baker👩🍳 is very accommodating. It was indeed a nice experience, a busy place but beautiful afternoon celebrating Mother's Day ❤️
I took my daughter out for a proper high tea after they made up their own at Brownies. It isn't cheap by any means, but the decor is beautiful, and the three cheese tart was to die for. The service was also very good.
