Food was lovely and the service was amazing, despite being understaffed! Both the lady and the Brazilian guy were very hospitable and friendly, and the service was very fast! Dishes were reasonably priced and the Wontons were to die for.

Always love this place. The bao are especially delicious. Favourite dumplings have got to be the beef and beetroot ones, so good! Service is good and food comes out pretty quickly and piping hot.
Awesome food.. loved the prawn crystal dim sums..they were made to perfection. Dumplings and Baos were yummy. Could taste every ingredient. Nice ambiance too!
This was quite an izakaya experience! Dumplings are good, and come in plenty of variations. It was a nice touch to have chilli and vinegar on the side for us to choose as dipping sauces. Crowded on a Friday at dinner time. Might be better if you make a reservation in advance. Would the bar consider
Great casual dumpling place for best dumplings experience in the city. Been coming here for past few years and it never disappoints. Tofu salad and Tofu Bao are delicious too !

Everything was delicious!! Favourite menu item was the Fried Chicken Bao Bun. The sriracha Mayo kind of sauce in it pulled everything together, chicken was cooked perfectly ☺️

My favourite place to eat out in Christchurch. Amazing food (I literally crave it most days), fast efficient service, and inviting atmosphere. HUGE FAN!!
A cosy bar with really comfortable ambience. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was good overall and our table was served fairly quickly, (early evening on a weekday). I'd highly recommend the Pork Belly Bao and Spring Ginger Piglet dumplings, and a refreshing glass of Asahi Super Dry.
Tried the Dumpling Platter. The fillings are generally decent and spot on but the pastry does break up too easily and is a little dry. My favorite is the beef dumpling with tomato based sauce, the mushroom dumpling is not bad too. Most of the dumplings are similar to each other though.
The food is still as delicious as always! This time I got the mixed dumplings platter (yum) and had to get the Whittaker’s Steamed Buns again! So good! By
