Walked past Ballantynes today and saw a very cool Christmas themed window display. Really well built and the story is great. Went inside for some Christmas shopping right after haha. Good variety of gifts for people.

Excellent customer service. I purchased three frozen ready made meals to take with me back to Auckland. The very attentive lady who served me carefully wrapped the goods and packaged them so I could carry them on the plane. In other departments staff were always quick to greet us and offer help.
High quality department store, a little old fashioned feel but the staff are genuinely friendly. Wide range of articles, plus don’t miss the cafe! Wonderful food!
