Sooo yummy steak and chicken waffle. The ambiance is so nice too.
The sauce of the steak is so mouthwatering, me and my partner were addicted to it. I ordered the steak and it comes with, I think, sautéed veggies which taste and look fresh. They complimented the taste of the steak and the sauce. My partner got the chicken waffle one and their maple syrup was divine. Service was good too, lots of places to sit too so we didn't need to wait even if we did not do any bookings. The interior was unique and it has a welcoming vibe because of how big it looks. Over all two thumbs up for the food and service. Must visit again.
First time visiting the good home ferrymead, this was a very pleasant dinning experience! We really enjoyed large open space and the inside out door flow was great! The staff where nice and polite and our order arrived super quickly and was worth the trip to the good home as the food was spot on 😍 ! So would recommend giving this place a go as it won't disappoint 👏.
Always a good meal at the Good Home, the service though is what keeps us coming back. The staff are super friendly and attentive.
Absolutely amazing customer service, we were warmly welcomed and seated pronto, our servers were happy and chatty, the food was brought to our table fast and tasted amazing they also have gluten free and vegetarian options. Definitely go here and take your whole family.
The Good Home is exactly what it sounds like a great place to make memories and relax with friends and family while also having some amazing food😊

Awesome Venu, plenty of space, and really great atmosphere, staff were really friendly and helpful, and although I didn't eat myself, the meals I saw were impressive and well constructed. Parking was plentiful and they were easily able to handle my group of 10 without booking, but that was not during a main meal time.
Food is as expected at the good home (fair), but we were surpised to see a face painter / balloon artist when we were there (Sunday) which was free entertainment for the kids. This really made an adults birthday lunch special for the little ones. Wait staff were so accomodating, nothing was a problem and they were attentive. We brought our own cake and they helped with storing it and bringing side plates for everyone at no extra cost. A good casual lunch venue
Very nice atmosphere. Few issues with our food but very quickly sorted by the amazing staff they had. Will be back.
Mussels were amazing! So was the sauce they were cooked In... Ribs were tasty.. Wasn't a fan of the coleslaw it was quite bland.. Apart from that... Amazing! Daughter loved the crispy chicken and the good home burger.

Probably one of the best fried chicken burgers I have ever had.
Spent 3 days doing 16-18 hours work and then popped in here for a feed.
Was a bit dissapointed that the waitress forgot our desert though.
All in all, will come back here again as the food was great.

Nice ambience and lovely staff. Just came for drinks and snacks and we were made to feel welcome.
Great service here and friendly staff. Managed to fix up an error of a missing entre in the order for us quickly. 2 people ordered soup and one soup spoon was provided and the other normal a normal spoon which was a little funny. Lamb shanks were good though came with an unexpected bean mix on top. Decent portion sizes of the meals. Garlic bread was yummy!
The food was delicious but we had to wait over an hour for our dinner and with 2 kids under 5 who were starving by this point, the delay in the food became a bit frustrating. People who arrived later than us got their meals before our table. After an hour, they came and told us our food would be delayed even more so we were contemplating on just leaving and getting takeaways. There was not even a reason given. If they had told us earlier the food would be late we would have ordered some chips or something for the table. We weren’t given an apology or some kind of discount after spending over $350. Next time I will just be cautious about coming here and ask upon arrival how long we can expect to wait for the food. If the food wasn’t so yummy, I probably wouldn’t come back.
