As for the food, they have a nice selection of cabinet and kitchen food. Coffee is also reasonably priced. Would recommend :)
Awesome service and the best coffee in town. Located inside of the city council is not easy to be seen on the street but definitely worth to go grab a cup of coffee and toastie or wraps.
Delicious vege wraps and cheese muffins. Excellent range of slices and the coffee is always great. And the staff are consistently lovely friendly people.

Have been here approx. 5 times now - coffee is always very good - and bacon buttie combo is good value. Appears to be popular with the staff who work in the building.
