Today i visited both the booth where i got amazing customer service and food
on the way back out ran into a homeless person needing a serious hot meal and took them to the main cafe, big thumbs up to robert harris for serving them after i brought them some food many would not have given the state they were in
Compliments to the chef, amazing egg bene, on hash browns.
Fast service and was such an atmosphere I felt safe to take my 2year old into. As we know Tuesday are a busy day, as pensions and all. But my boy felt like he was at home 💕 appreciate this place. I will be recommend introducing this to my friends as a place to take their kids too
Nice cafe for coffees and snacks. Went there today, ordered hot chocolate, didn’t like it as it was not that chocolatey so didn’t drink that one. Asked the guy at counter to make one more and he happily made another one which was really good. So, totally happy with the service.
Really good coffee. Put your phone number in the tablet and build up coffee purchases until you get a freebee. Awesome service and a modern industrial vibe to the place. It smells amazing in the mornings.
Stopped in here for coffee, good coffee, was delivered to our table quickly.
Seemed really busy while we were here through the lunch hour today, long queues. The 3 staff we noticed got through their work quickly and pleasantly, in particular the young woman at the till was efficient and friendly so big ups for her. The queues didn’t last long and our delicious food came out quickly. What’s more not a dirty dish in sight on the tables, 100% mark for the team
It was nice and quiet, and the food and coffee were great. The only downside to the shop is that it's not on the outside of the mall and so can't sit outside while maybe having a cigarette

Great service by Ella Wood fantastic coffee. Needs better training she spent forever putting my order through the till.
Had a Corn fritter stack. Unfortunately not very nice. Dry flour stack with a couple of corn kernels, soggy frozen mixed vegetables and dry bacon. However, management apologized and offered a refund or more food from the cabinet. I had to get back to work but was given a refund and 2 free coffees. It was a great gesture and very good Customer service. Mishaps happen a d manager was prompt in rectifying the issue. Will go back and recommend on his Customer service.
And only 5 due to the service of Lucy at the front counter. Smiling, pleasant and efficient. Drink meh it was ok in taste but Luke warm and no presentation. It’d be a 3 otherwise,
