"Don't judge a book by its cover!"
This restaurant might make you dissapointed when you walk in but trust me you will LOVE the foods đâ¤. Despite having a not attractive decor, this restaurant has quite a few positive spots. First thing, the food will never dissapoint you. I have become a regular cus
Itâs a Hidden Gem! Best Cantonese food in Christchurch Iâve EVER find! No fancy environment but absolutely amazing food! Must try if you like Cantonese/ Hong Kong style food. A very wide variety of options as well so youâll always find something new to try.
It doesn't have fancy decor. It even looks a bit shabby from outside. But the food is DELICIOUS. Friendly staff. A real gem!
The only real drawcard to this restaurant is their late opening hours. They close at 3am every night. It is far from the cleanest and the food is not particularly high quality. The staff are friendly but there English is poor. The chef is generally found sitting in the dining area eating and watchin
Love their chicken fried rice! Good quantity for the price and tastes really good aswellđ
Great to have a place close by that's open until 3am. Food is surprisingly good for the environment which leads to my one star off. The place has an odd smell and just does not look very appealing at all. Still good food though
Too good, good to share meal with friends, cheap and good not much restaurant like this nearby
I used to come here all the time with my friends; they just lived down the road, and it was open until the smallest of hours in the morning.

Absolutely delicious go there to try true Chinese cuisine i recommend sitting in there and trying something that isn't a generic Chinese dish the ostrich used to be my favorite now I like the half roast duck. Focus on the food not the service. I typically point at what I want to cross the language b
Awesome experience in this restaurant!
Knowing that the chef is from a famous restaurant in Hong Kong, the food is extremely traditional. If you havenât been to Hong Kong, no need to go, you can try all in this restaurant.
Environment is clean and tidy, food is excellent, plus a long opening hour
One of if not the only places in Christchurch that serves authentic claypot rice. A lot of reviews seem to complain about a strange smell in the restaurant. I am pretty sure it's the fish tank inside the kitchen, meaning it's fresh seafood. And you don't really notice it after a while. Good roast du
Don't be discouraged by their interiors, this ex-HK street food chef makes a mean sizzling pepper beef, spicy chicken and garlic broccoli. We come here to dine every 2 weeks almost, our parents know them well and we often even have a wine together.
