You guys made my night! We ordered in store, you guys were super busy and my partners food arrived before I had even placed my order. So the guy doing everything took my order and gave it to me straight away. I got to eat dinner with my partner! Also we had a show to get to at 8 so the customer service helped enormously. So good. Thank you so much. Also hot and spicy chicken was the best, so crunchy. And the fries were hot and crunchy too. Absolutely top notch food and service. Keep up the great work.
After a quick decision on a meal on the way home we pulled into the establishment and was greeted by a warm smile by the server at the main desk , after briskly putting through our order , it was promptly brought out , after asking for some add ons the employee went the extra mile to make sure my kfc experience was the best and in my opinion sets the golden standard, shout out to the guy with the long beard working the 8.30 shift , you the man
Went to the drive through at around 7:15PM, ordered a few buckets along with other menu items but it came out super quick!
The young man who took our order was super efficient, didn't need to repeat anything twice or double check!
I had and excellent experience at KFC Riccarton, the manager came out and really helped me with my order which was different than other people. I also found the staff service was very helpful, friendly and the chicken was magic. I fully recommend this business to everyone.

Young Vietnamese guy wearing a KFC beanie gave great service my gf doesn't speak much English and he quickly managed to translate her and the kids orders for her great service!
Pleasant service despite the demands of Uber and the drive-through. Long waiting times for in store customers.
