Despite ordering online and giving them plenty of time to prepare the order, I had to wait for at least 15 more minutes while I was in store. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication with customers. However, the food was as great as expected.
Haven't had KFC for a long time but I had a craving and was pleasantly surprised with my visit today (except for when I realised the snack boxes have jumped up to $6 😭 I think they were $3.50 when I used to get them but that was a good few years ago!). Fast and friendly service from the lovely lady

Food was the best KFC I've experienced in awhille and staff are all very kind, did not mind the wait (perhaps 10min) however they were so busy. Well done KFC colombo keep up the good work . 👏
