Cellar Door - Christchurch - Photo album

One of the best places to visit in Christchurch. The wine flights are masterfully curated, and Katie (sommelier) provided exceptional service. I was visiting from Sydney, but I’ll be back here in a heartbeat.
We had a wine flight and selected a glass each from that, and a couple of shared plates. An absolutely fantastic Sunday afternoon. Pleased we booked, it was busy.
Beautiful setting food was good and presentation awesome. We had the lamb flaps and hummus for entree, flavors where great. Venison main was delightful. The cauliflower main was under whelming though I was expecting something amazing for the price considering it was just cauliflower. Service was ok,
Love stopping by the Cellar Door for some wonderful food or to try a thoughtfully curated wine flight. Not sure what the last two reviewers are on about as the staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable and there are definitely signs posted all around that ask you to wait to be seated. If
Really amazing place for a date or a chill evening tasting wines. Top notch great selection of cheeses and the wine flights are unique and really let you try a range of wines depending on your taste. The only let down was the sweet corn hummus, the flavours come together to create something quite b
Had a lovely afternoon in the courtyard with a great selection of food and a phenomenal series of wine flights. An absolute must for any Christchurch visit.
We called in for a quick pre movie snack and wine. In spite of the fact that the restaurant was busy, they served us in good time. Excellent shared plates and we each enjoyed a flight of different wines (some now on the purchase list - a great way to try something new). Our favourite city rest
We had the most fabulous time at Cellar Door. First of all, all of the staff we dealt with were so lovely and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The wine flights themselves were interesting and reasonably priced. We couldn't decide so tried 3 of them between us. We had a light
AMAZING food and wine!! We started with cheese from the cheese mongers with a flight of wine which was reasonably priced. We then had our meal and the version leg was delicious and our waitress recommended a wine to match. Beautiful venue and attentive and knowledgeable staff.
We got introduced to Cellar Door by our brother in law. Have been twice, and both times had beautiful flights and fries (F&F)! Seriously my mouth is watering thinking about those fries!! I’d never heard of a wine flight before so now I feel very cultured! Great stop and experience
