Punjabwala Grand Indian Buffet - Christchurch - Photo album

Excellent service, very friendly and attentive staff. Surprised with ‘Variety’ of starters and sweets in Indian buffet. Truly unexpected. Varieties and vegetarian, non-vegetarian, fish and prawns curry. Something for everyone’s platter. Low on spices though variety in taste could have earned another
Huge range of food and was tasty considering a buffet. They made fresh garlic naan bread and served to our table. I personally enjoyed the starters like tandoori chicken, lollipops, veg manchurian, paani puri and samosa chat was my favorite. And great variety of desert to end the feast. We will be b
Went twice so far. First time, experience wasn't so nice probably due to late weekend night. Latest experience was much better on a week day. Was busy but tasted some very good quality food. Starter, main and dessert all were nice and adequate. Kids loved it too. I was heavty on classic Indian start
As a first time visitor to Christchurch, finding decent Indian food was a challenge. Vegetarian options here were excellent. Naan was fresh... and even the lady at the front desk was professional and polite. Excellent value for money.
Good buffet on Saturday night and lots of curry type to choose. Friendly staff and great place.
Outstanding food at a very reasonable price, I will recommend to everyone, Must visit if you are in Christchurch 😋
An amazing meal, reasonably priced too. Quick, efficient and friendly service. While they couldn't do the buffet due to covid their menu is great.
Been there so many time. I would suggest instead of serving directly in plate try some small bowl near by so foodies can taste separate carry and it would prevent some food waste after all nice staff and service.
Wow what a Restraunt it was a hit a excellent Indian Buffet they catered for all types A+ service
Really good selection and super friendly staff. I don’t think any of us ate our $30 bucks worth though lol.
Good food, and 28 bucks for all u can eat is a pretty great deal, however the food they offer is mainly vegetarian and chicken, I only saw one dish with lamb and one with fish, overall value doesn’t seem quite worthwhile to me personally, given the food quality is just average.
Love this restaurant. Beautiful food. I've been here 3 times and everytime there has been different dishes to try.
Reasonably priced, great food. I tried about half of what was on offer before I was too full to try anymore. Staff were the friendliest I've ever come across. They even helped my friend by explaining each dish so she knew what she was getting. The only thing I would mention, and it is not a compla
Best all you can eat experience I've had in chch. All the food was delicious and it was a great opportunity to try lots of dishes I wouldn't normally think to order. Goat curry and the chicken lollipops were my favourite. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because I would have liked some hotte
Friendly service, a large variety of food which is beautifully cooked. Very clean establishment. For opening during covid they have made a great name for themselves in the hospitality industry. Great for family meals especially with people who can eat a lot it is worth the price and high quality mea
