Amazing food, wine and outlook. You feel like you are going into the middle of nowhere and pop out at the top of a hill overlooking the river, and vineyards. The views are exquisite!!!
Now closed for the season. Hayden couldn't have made us more welcome showing up unexpectedly. Awesome building in stunning location, top quality winery .
After looking at 4 venues in the Wanaka / Cromwell region my partner and I settled on The Canyon at Tarras.
After speaking with the owner Hayden, and viewing the venue we were sold.
One of the main reasons we liked the venue (besides the view) was that it includes most / if not all of the furniture
We made a snap decision to get married in NZ after postponing our Rarotongan wedding twice. As much as I am sad we didn't get our Rarotongan wedding, I am so pleased we got married at The Canyon.

An amazing venue in a spectacular location with outstanding views and equally impressive food and service. Not to mention the superb wine from the Canyon. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
