I was blown away the moment that buttery crust touched my lips. The mince and cheese pie is truly a life changing experience. Wow, the donuts in this place are delicious, we tried the cream and chocolate ones, both were great. delicious, everything looks very fresh and delicious, the place is small but comfortable to eat something and have a coffee, the employees are very friendly
The bakery itself is fantastic with great food. 4 stars because they consistently close before their closing hour. Saturdays close at 4:00, we drove 40 minutes for a pie and loaf and at 3:20 closed sign was up even though food was in windows and 2 people in the back. Disappointing and not the first

We always drive from west Auckland to Devenport on the weekend for a walk, but this bakery should be on the highest ranking, buns and rolls are very well made and tasty but their pies just so delicious with the perfect pastry..,..yumm

Chocolate eclair is literally out of this world! I loved it so much I wasn't embarrassed to be scarfing it down, greedily licking my fingers, and making sounds outloud while eating it on the sidewalk.
So, look. The best steak and cheese pie I’ve ever eaten - and I’ve been around a pie or two hundred. A lot of other great stuff behind the glass too - custard donut is out of this world. How are these guys not winning mega awards?
Seriously, these pies are incredibly yummy. Pastry is on point, and there's so much filling. Amazing flavours to boot. These pies are nek level. What sucks is that I have to go to devonport now to get a good pie. Oh, and the girls working there are freakn cool with exceptional customer service.
