Their Fish and Chips are stunning! Snapper! AND the chips are the best I have ever had at a restaurant! Their toasted sandwiches are great and I just love their Eccles cakes - all made onsite too! I am a Vegetarian (apart from eating fish) so cannot comment on meat products. However, my husband loves their meat pies. Their Customer service is the best. The atmosphere is exceptionally friendly. I would highly recommend a visit.

It was an amazing experience. The food, atmosphere and service were all impeccable. Haven't found anything like it on the shore. Really made me feel at home tbh.

Go Goa Eatery is a fantastic restaurant that offers a wide variety of delicious treats, ranging from savory dishes to sweet desserts. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and inviting, making it an excellent place to relax and enjoy a good meal. The Ice chocolate and chocolate chip cookie at Go Goa Eatery are exceptional. The Ice chocolate is a refreshing and indulgent drink that perfectly balances the sweetness of chocolate with the coolness of ice. It's a perfect treat to have on a warm day or after a spicy meal. The chocolate chip cookie at Go Goa Eatery is also a must-try. It's soft, chewy, and filled with chunks of rich chocolate that melt in your mouth. The cookie is baked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a gooey interior that makes it a truly unforgettable dessert. Overall, if you're looking for a place to enjoy delicious food and drinks, Go Goa Eatery is an excellent choice. With its friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and mouth-watering treats, it's the perfect spot to satisfy your cravings and indulge in some tasty treats.

Go Goa Eatery is a hidden gem in Devonport that serves up delicious Goan and European cuisine. The coffee is exceptional, and the pastries are a must-try! The calm atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo study session. The staff are welcoming and make you feel at home. Highly recommend visiting this cozy spot for a relaxing meal or coffee break.

Ok it's not trendy or as flash as some of the cafés in Devonport however it has its charm. The food is decent fair, the service friendly and good value. I do find other cafe's in the area a bit pretentious and a bit pricey. To be honest that's probably because of the overheads being in Devonport but this little place can hold its own as the no frills alternative amongst them, hence the 4 ⭐s 👍.

Most amazing dining experience. We had a small group for dinner and The friendly hosts Doreen and Joe went out of their way looking after our incessant demands! Nothing was too difficult and it made us feel really valued as guests, the food reminded us of Goa especially the Chicken Cafreal and Lamb Xacuti are absolutely delicious!

I have never seen so many chicken chunks in a pie in my life! Pastry was just right thickness not to thick and crispy. I really enjoyed it!!

As a Goan in NZ, I am delighted to have found Go Goa eatery. Nestled in beautiful Devonport, the eatery is run by the charming Doreen and her husband, Jose. The food brings Goa to Kiwi shores and reflects the love and warmth of it's people. The Goan fare is delicious and true to it's origins. The Portuguese tarts round it off beautifully. Will be back with family and friends for long chats over delicious food that feels like home.
