Quirky little restaurant by the harbour. Nice good menu, with a focus on seafood, however other meat and vege options available. Best to book ahead. Extensive drinks menu.
Great food and staff. Enjoyed the well thought out seafood options, which had huge portion sizes, but were fantastic quality. Reasonably priced wine list, with some great options too. Would love to return (or Plato can come to Wellington)?
Nice seafood restaurant appropriately locates in the old seafarers centre. There were a selection of fishes available and were cooked nicely. Very friendly service.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful & personal experience at Plato last night, after a long day of travelling. A little dishevelled, we were exhausted & had little patience. However, Bastian welcomed us & we felt special immediately, as we continued to with other staff who were just as delightful & went

We found this hidden treasure after a random walk through the blocks of graffiti walls. It is located near the wharf without many restaurants around.
The place is cozy and spacious, decorated with abundance of tea pots and collections of ornaments.
Loved this restaurant. Everything was just brilliant. The staff are so lovely, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was sooooo good, the flavours were amazing, everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. My coffee was really good. The decor is so kitch and amazing.
Came here a while ago with my husband in a company trip and everything was beautiful!! Food was amazing as well as the friendly service, great atmosphere with unique decorations around, I will definitely come back again if I visit Dunedin
Had read some good reviews so we decided to go and try it out. Service was friendly and waiters attentive. Now for someone who is allergic to shellfish there was plenty to choose from on the menu. Ordered the Coco Sole and Flounder and couldn't fault. Dessert just topped off a great night out. D
This place is amazing with 'bring back memories' feels. The food is delightful with good old family size servings..you won't leave hungry.
