All the normal Japanese meals but really one step nicer. You can really taste the difference, fresh, and beeuuutiful.
Beef was done properly, full of flavour and tender

So many vegan options! A whole vegan menu. The food was delicious and really affordable. The portion sizes were so huge we had to take half of it to take away!

Close to Dunedin City Center, The Jitsu is an excellent Japanese Restaurant. The foods are excellent( specially sea food bento box, it is yummy 🙂) . Perfect for weekend solo/family lunch. I have been there couple of times during lunch time with my friends. This place is absolutely recommended.
Reallyyy delicious katsu don with spicy sauce & katsu curry!! Also, I think all meals come with a complementary miso soup! Bento also has a good range (can include sushi, gyoza, spring rolls, & pickled vegetables depending on the day)😊 My whole family loved their meals & they have a lot of vegan opt

Portion is good. Tempura bento... Disappointed with the tempura. Batter is soft and oily. Not that I expect from a restaurant. Ramen portion is good. Egg and chashu are cooked to perfection. Will not order their tempura set anymore but will try other menu.
