Well what can I say. Beat restaurant in Dunedin. They make the Best steak I have eaten in a long time. Service bit slow, however, i have never eaten food like this.
Highly recommend.
Food, wine, Staff and atmosphere... All great! Though they were understaffed for the number of tables they had, they still managed to give great service.
Last night we had a lovely experience in this restaurant! A very polite and well dressed young lady served us, she was very attentitive and bubbly. All five of us had different drinks and these came out promptly. Our meals were delicious. The child's meal was perfect size and all the main meals were excellent. The ribs cooked beautifully. The steak was perfect and the chicken really tasty. I had the bao buns as a main and these were top notch. Really good value for money for an inner city restaurant. Thank you.
Our overall experience was wonderful! The Grilled Halloumi Burger and Mumbai Burger were incredible! Starter of Rosemary & Garlic Bread Roll was very tasty and the entree of Wild Mushroom Arancini (see photo) was packed with flavour.
The haloumi burger is amazing, so much haloumi!! Can choose if you want it with chips or salad. It's actually a shame it's on their bar menu only and is only available after 4:30pm.
The actual venue is classic pub style, nothing special, but the service and quick delivery are good too.
Great bar to catch up with friends.

4/02/2016 - good place to chill and to have a good dinner. The starter was flavoursome which prepped my taste buds for my main meal.
My main meal looks delicious 😋, and the plating is well presented. 2 out of 3 lamb cutlets were cooked to near perfection (medium rare) with one is slightly cooked.
They have a good selection of alcoholic drinks; i.e. Beers, wines and spirits.
Good customer service.
Overall, I enjoyed the dinner and drinks.
Bloody good meal, friendly staff.
Great for a beer in relaxed atmosphere (haven't eaten there so can't comment on food).
