I thought it important to share again - this insanely unassuming Japanese delight in Dunedin is low on pretence and high on flavour and value. Still staggers me that I’m a Friday night it is basically empty.
No online ordering and you will have to refer to the pictures if you want to ring ahead.

Don’t be fooled by the humble exterior. The food is delicious, affordable and the portions are large. Really kind staff and very short wait for food. 10/10 recommend!

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken Don with Vegetable. Not the best authentic Japanese food (feel more like Chinese food) but it is still tasty, generous portion for its price. Will still return and recommend!

Best sushi in Dunedin hands down! The rice is full and chewy. There is no cutting corners and only uses the freshest ingredients. Apart from the authentic classics there are also unique flavors like tuna steak and tofu rolls 😋 👌 Bonus is the incredible owners Summer and Tommy who always brings a smi
