Excellent service and food, so caring, and friendly. The staff went the extra mile, especially Maia.
I love their original recipe which is only $6. The gentleman at the drive thru was very nice even we spend a lot of time when deciding.
Unfortunately, their coleslaw was not available. I will recommend the coleslaw as my hubby love it much.

Staff were friendly and pleasant and the food was very good.
We came around 6.30 pm.and ordered food inside instead of drive through..had notice that drive through service was quick...peak hours..the only thing I noticed was the smoke coming out from the kitchen area spreading all throughout the dining and waiting area..they have to do something with that .

Quick in and out, did not see signage to indicate pickup for phone/internet orders so in that regard could be clearer but staff staff communication skills were polite.

Great place to dine in, order in store or order through the drive thru. A bit slow in the ordering process but food is consistently good in terms of temperature and taste. Has the tendency to miss out items when busy which is a pain when ordering through the drive thru and you can't loop back round to ask them for the missing item. Staff don't necessarily smile or make eye contact which is a bit awkward when they are so slow and you have to wait around for your order. When eating in store, it's a bit cold and seats and floor are a bit sticky.
On my trip there tonight, as I was in store waiting for my order, there was a staff member scrubbing the floors and pouring hot buckets of water over the floor while staff were making our orders. Could see water splashing everywhere and on to the clean (or not so clean anymore) boxes in the shelves closest to the floor - am glad all the food is stored high because it was dirty water and soap suds splashing everywhere. Wasn't impressed but had already placed my order so I wasn't able to change it.
Absolutely amazing customer service tonight from the wonderful Kaz. It was a very busy night at KFC & Kaz was nothing but kind, professional & fast. Good food, amazing customer service & speedy.

Awesome place, fantastic helpful staff, Jonny was fantastic when I said my chips were lukewarm, he replaced them and even upgraded them. Very apologetic. Place is clean, toilets available, wheelchair parking and auto doors, outdoor like eating under cover available also. Well done 10/10 for friendly respectable staff and yummy KFC
