I ordered a Bacon eggs benedict. The greens were dead as, probably didnt receive their morning oder on time. And the Hollandaise sauce was bland. The dish was served at room temperature and half way it was cold. The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the atmosphere. Cabinet food and a good variety
We booked catalyst for our engagement party. They were so easy to book, they went out their way to accommodate dietary requirements for our guests, which was greatly appreciated. The staff that evening were kind, helpful and made the evening very enjoyable.

Best coffee in Dunedin. Bloke in the red cap with tattoos super friendly and positive, need more people like that. Ordered the Cooked Breakfast and wife ordered Salmon Bowl, both really good.
Though breakfast at this joint is an absolute certainty dinner is new. This visit to Dunedin we booked both and neither disappointed. Tomahawk steak for two with ample sides was delicious. Breakfast winner was Persian porridge though the eggs were perfection too. Great staff and calm ambience. Loved
This is my go to cafe for breakfast when in Dunedin. Outstanding food, I wish I could spend a week down there working my way through the menu. Great cabinet food, lovely ambience and friendly staff. This really is worth a visit. A cafe who lets its food do the talking!
Kia ora koutou, it is really a nice place, the music was a bit too loud inside but we can sit out in the terrace! The plates are actually quite big! We thought it was small portions but they are quite generous :) I recommend the cold coffee as well! Thanks
