Service was absolutely astonishing, I was served by a very handsome, shorter blonde young man who helped me to scan my code and choose the meal deal for my kids. All the employees had big smiles when preparing our food and was out in 2 minutes!! Would highly recommend on late nights.
I’m giving them a 5 star mainly because they didn’t mess up my order unlike other Mc Ds have in the past lol. It was fresh, tasted good, and presented well. I didn’t have to wait long and the service was simplistic which is what I like. And seating was nice too. Might of just gone on a good day but
Great Mickey D in the heart of Botany Center. Good service but the self service portal needs to be faster,touchscreen is a bit lagging.
Typical McD food, but served in a nice small food court. Free coffee for seniors.

I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely young man named Matthew Fowke. He was so pleasant and helpful, very polite and explained the options so well. McDonalds Botany Town Centre should be proud to have this young man work for them...keep up the good work Matthew
Mostly positive experience. I did have my order messed up once, which happens but the manager seemed a bit ticked off about it
