Went there on opening day and they were rushed off their feet but the limited food was tasty and reasonable and the wine well priced. Nice atmosphere. Try it

Stopped by this restaurant during our trip in Hawke's Bay. The food was delicious and good quality. The wines served are mainly from the winery Linden and their Bordouex blend was really good. My friend had a wedding at Linden Estate and the reception was held at the restaurant. The restaurant was fairly large but was most likely re-organised for the wedding. It had quite a few parks outside and there was also an outdoor area overlooking the vines out front. We had pre-ordered the food. T

We visited for the Linden Estate wine tasting and tour and tasted some of the most amazing wine. Ended up buying 3 bottles!

Really friendly service, excellent food. We arrived at the end of service but they happily accommodated us. This is why I can't give anything for atmosphere. Just to repeat, the staff were superb. If we were local, we would be repeat customers.
