Found another treasure! The Eat Cafe serves a breakfast pie that beats the famous Fairlie pies by far. It is made with light and airy pastry and filled with egg, bacon and sausage. A perfect low carb breakfast or lunch that won't spike my sugar levels. Recommended, and add one of their yummy ice cof
We decided to have the takeout option for Sunday night dinner...what a great idea. Service was quick & efficient. The lamb shank was fantastic...'fall apart' as expected, served with rounds of roast carrot & parsnips(?), mashed potato & a tomato base sauce. Well done.

I didn’t expect much from this place and I was really really surprised. The staff is extremely friendly and nice, and the food is perfect. The interior is pretty cosy and comfortable, I spent here around hour and half and really enjoyed it. And they have good tasty coffee as well.
Me and my partner were sitting outside in the cold, waiting for our car to be fixed at the local mechanic, and the staff at the cafe invited us inside to keep warm. We were allowed to use their WIFI and they also offered us free water - even though we didn't buy anything. Such kind people working he

Honestly was the best pancakes I cant rave about it enough. Would be nice for staff to check in to see how our food was tho they didnt speak much at all was kind of rude but there food was amazing.

The Fairlie bakery was bursting at the seams so some locals directed us to Eat Cafe. It was warm and cosy and the food was great. We had tomato and coconut soup and smashed avo with poached eggs. Standard dishes done really well.
Staff were friendly and prices reasonable.
