It's not the flashest but the food is consistently good (try any of the burgers with chicken!), reasonably priced and open long hours for a small town. Good spot to stop and fill your puku with tables inside and out and toilets that are always clean despite needing a makeover

WOW. Went there as the last place we could find to eat. It was the best place we could have found. We ordered curry chips and full breakfast. It was worth the money, better than anything I have had in Auckland. Went away happy with the food cooked well and a full plate too, the service was great and she was smily, place was clean and we didn't care what period of time it looked. Food and service is more important to us. Will go back when we come through again.

Great food, good price, but both times have got my orders slightly wrong so highly recommend that you double check the confirmation of your order or you'll be walking away with chicken instead of Lamb.

I had the paneer, hubby had fish and chips. Both excellent, very tasty and great price. Catered to hubbys love of vinegar on his chips generously. Highly recommend

Great fish and chips and new owners are really nice. Handy on State Highway 1 as well. Now open after level 4 with Indian takeaway operating for dinner. Stunning don't bother going anywhere else. These folks are the best! 👌😁

Don't be fooled by the term "indian takeaway" this cafe is that and more... good array of food available, well presented (the cooks there deserve a medal for their food prep) Brilliant pricing and my gosh you get your moneys worth when it comes to food portions served on your plate ohhh and plenty of space for you to spread out and dine. Definitely recommend you try it.

Was recommended this place by a local, as a place which would be open past 8pm. Might just look like a gas station but you'll be surprised by the food! They have much more than just fish & chips, we had burgers. One fish and one satay chicken, both had the quintessential slice of beetroot in them, and they tasted great. Not the place you'd go if you're looking for a healthy meal, mind.

Tried 7 Different Chicken Burgers for lunch over a 7 day period to see who I thought had the best Chicken Burger going in Foxton both for value and quality. The Chicken and Apricot Burger this joint has finished #1 of 7. The Chicken Fillet was cooked to perfection a beautiful golden brown slightly crispy the Beetroot to my surprise complimented the Apricot sauce. The Burger bun was slightly toasted to perfection. This Burger was well and truly worth its money. Keep up the good work.

My son and I ordered a chicken bacon burger, milkshakes and cheesy weesey. Thoughly enjoyed the burger, it had proper succulent chicken fillet, with crisped, crumbed coating. Had enjoyed it so much that I would recommend this burger. Must try these Indian dishes as well...looks yummy! Oh and good milkshakes too ;-)
