Nice food, good price. Authentic fried rice and Chinese food plus friendly service. We stopover for lunch each time passing by.
This place is fantastic. We were travelling late from Hokitika on a weekday and we were hungry. My wife called around and the proprietor of Papillon was incredibly nice and kept the place open so we could get some food. We were very grateful.
Late night visit after all day driving. Owner hospitality was great eventhough the restaurant was closed already (21 persons of us at that time).
Simple food (he cooked fried rice and wontoon noodle soup) but delicious.
