Lovely staff, who were very apologetic about their online orders not coming through properly. Had to wait an extra 15 min. Get home and the butter chicken was hot instead of medium. Still tasty though!

It's always a wonderful meal at Bollywood. The food is so tasty, the service is exceptional. They really go out of their way to meet the needs of their customers.
You can enjoy awesome indian food here, great ambience, friendly staff and a great location. Kids loved the place.
Good food and service. My favourite was chicken biriyani. Tikka masala and the special curry was delicious too. Reasonable serving size and price.

We had a quick holiday in Mahia and wanted to finish with a bang when we returned to Gisborne. Wow, what a delicious meal it was. My Chef Special was simply gorgeous. My wife had her favorite extra hot Vindaloo! It was amazing. Our entree Garlic tikka was juicy, tender

Fantastic meal. Love trying new dishes. Never disappointed. Serving was fine. Restaurant interior is still good after all these years.

Excellent chicken dopiaza. Now in my top three Indian restaurants in NZ along with The Indian Cafe in Nelson and Himalayas in Christchurch.
Food was good, main waitress was very friendly and well experienced. At the beginning it took a long time until we could order food.
My partner and I came here after a long tiring drive from Tauranga and were so hungry. We got the fish pakora, Shahi paneer, chicken methi malai, Naan and the special dessert. Everything was so perfect and yummy. Our server Ramen was so sweet and just made our dining experience homey. Highly recomme
We had a wonderful time, Ramen the waitress shared stories of how food is am important part of their culture and shared delicious meals to try, which we did. Thank you Ramen for your amazing service.
Food was decent, but we waited such a long time before we could even order.
Food was excellent, onion bhaji was a highlight, curry was tender and flavourful. Naan a bit dry only neg.
