got Charcoal Chicken satay with rise. For 13$ it was a really nice big amount and with a juicy meat. Tasted healthy and felt good having this meal! We would give 8/10 rate. One of the best places in Gisborne. Definitely recommended and thanks! We will be back!

Their chicken and chips is good. The chicken is tender and crispy, I order it with grated cheese on top or cheese sauce on the side. It's my go-to dish.
Also, Fetuccine and cheesy garlic pizza is a good combo!
Great amount of good for a cheap price we got large chicken, chips and gravy and fed two of us for $18.50 😎

Staff is lovely and chatty. Guys are doing great job. But be careful portions are big. So think twice before ordering.
They have new owners but I would say the food is way better. It’s a different but better taste to the old charcoal chicken. Their fettuccine pasta is to die for. 10/10 would recommend.

Always love talking with the owners - they take a personal interest in their regulars and often remember their order even if it's been weeks/months. They do some inspired salads but I can't go past their rib gravy on chips!
