all the burgerfuel outlets I’ve been to ever have without exception been exceptional! maybe I’ve been very lucky? regardless the best thing on burgerfuels menu is the chocolate shake although the kumara fries and vegan burger are also incredible!
It’s been years since i had Burger Fuel but I had a craving for a good burger and this place didn’t disappoint.
And to top it off they made some of the best fries I had tasted in a while! Piping hot-perfectly crunchy and salty and with a spicy chipotle aioli it was just what the doctor ordered!
The burgers are still massive but still tasty! Perfect for a good old burger feast!
With the exception of my most recent burger (bacon backfire I believe- chicken and bacon one) which was quite bland, Glenfield is my favourite BF because the guys are always friendly and the burgers come out looking good and tasting great. Some of the other shops end up with some greasy as burgers (which might be exactly what some people are after) but Glenfield does a great job of combining great taste and quality with "fast food". I am a bug fan

Absolutely great burgers! We got takeaways so I did not get to compliment the staff on a job well done on! Reasonably priced and good quality, will definitely go back again.
I love coming here! My friend has so much dietary needs and this is one of the only places that she can go to and its open late. We come to this particular franchise because of these reasons. Moreover the fact that the staff are friendly. Although there are times that the service is quite slow when it comes to more quieter hours at night.

Food has never taken too long, staff are good to talk with. Always kept clean, and are helpful with children who don't want to be patient.
Cool as people working here. One time, we came in just before closing time and they let us in! We ordered some burgers and chips and since they cook a bit too much, they just let the fries overflow. Score! Really awesome staff, so friendly! Probably the best Burger Fuel in the Shore!

I love how they have an online ordering service now, so much more convenient! They let you customise your burgers while you're ordering too. Just pay online and go pick it up, no waiting time!
I ordered a hamburgini, took out the pickles and added a whole bunch of other stuff, burger came out perfect and was super yummy!
It was so good that when lunchtime came around the next day, I decided on Burger Fuel again! This time, a couple of other people from my office wanted in as well. We all did our orders online and I went to pick it up.
When I got there, I told the person at the counter I was picking up all 3 orders. I had to wait a couple of minutes while they packed the bag, all good. I was given a huge bag and I drove back to my office. When I got back and opened it, my friend was like... "where's my burger?" Her fries was in the bag so it was strange the burger wasn't. I then opened up my burger, and there were pickles which I specially asked to be removed.
If it was just the pickles, I'd leave it. However, we had to go all the way back for the missing burger.
The good thing about this whole ordeal was, they were quick to fix the situation. They remade my burger and my friend's burger as it had sat there for too long and told us to keep the other burger with pickles which someone else was just all too happy to eat. Driving there twice was a bit annoying though.
Burger fuel is my favourite treat meal & Glenfield is my local branch. I use the online app as both my partner & I are super fussy! Love the fact that you can customise your order. The burgers are always super delicious & made to perfection. The staff at Glenfield are always friendly & seem happy in their roles.
This is the best Burger Fuel of all the Burger Fuels in Auckland! The service is actually friendly, the staff smile, and the BEST part is the burgers. They are made with LOVE! You can tell whoever does the cooking enjoys it. Best burger I've ever had at BF. Thank you guys, keep it up!!!!
Best Burger I've ever had from a Burger Fuel or other, the food was fresh [unlike the soggy mess some places throw at you]. Most of all fantastic customer service!!! Much appreciated at this crazy time of year, fast and friendly, great staff, the others could learn from Glenfield.
Wow this place is awesome- been abroad for the past five years and nothing I have comes even close to this! Ringburner was amazing, meat was tender and perfectly cooked, bun was toasted to perfection and the salad fresh. Chips and aioli were amazing.
The ambiance of the restaurant is modern and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal with friends. Service was prompt and excellent. I settled on their signature American Muscle burger, and I was not disappointed. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving more. Will definitely be returning to explore more of their enticing menu!
First time ordering from this branch. I ordered my burger and decided a few minutes later that I wanted some kumara fries. They went to go check on the status of the burger and it was ready so they chucked a box of kumara fries in the bag and said don't worry about it! Thanks again 👌

Good service, we were inside and it was a bit windy from aircon and noisy. Burger was good, chips not as good as normal. The guy working (1pm) was great.

Had an amazing feed and service was great. Though if that was all there was to it, I probably wouldnt go out of my way to write this. There was an Asian girl eating at a table in front of mine. Not sure what her problem was but she took one bite of that burger and took it back to Nicole to complain. Nicole was extremely patient with that customer despite her not speaking English. Judging from the snips I heard about the complaint it seemed the asian girl wanted some red onions in her burger. Nicole smiled at the customer and offered two options, whether to replace the onions with red ones or to have the burger remade. Customer chose the rebuild option and Nicole smiled back to begin creating a new burger for her. If thats not 10 out of 10 customer service I don't know what is. I had a horrible experience some years back with burgerfuel service so I rarely come to eat here. Seeing this greatly changed my opinion of Burgerfuel employees and my faith in them have been restored. If Burgerfuel CEO is reading this, please give Nicole a raise. Good customer service are seemingly harder to find these days but Nicole is like Burgerfuel's guardian angel of geeat customer service.
Oh and great tasting burger as always Burgerfuel. But I doubt you need anyone to tell you that since the Burgers speak for themselves.

Very nice decorum Service was quick food was delicious. The Indian guy with glasses suggests some magnificent add on’s which enhance the taste of the burgers .
