The staff are friendly and it was easy to schedule an appointment, but I wish the they were a little more confident. Prior to having my windscreen replaced the mechanic mentioned heaps of things that could go wrong: leakages, cracks, camera aligned, torn rubbers... I guess they are supposed to mention these 'terms and conditions', but to me it looked like they were insecure about their work. Other than that, unfortunately, I had to come in three times to get the screen replaced. During the first attempt they discovered the new screen was cracked. They swiftly got me booked in for another day. However, during the second attempt the new windscreen cracked while it just got installed. Thankfully, third time's a charm. Although I was a bit annoyed (had to take three days off from work) I got complimentary rain repellent for the inconvenience, which was nice.

This is the second time in two years that I've had a windscreen replaced at Smith and Smith. Great service, friendly staff, and their booking system is perfect.

Great service, very reasonable prices & customer lounge fully stocked with drinks & magazines. Toilet area was pretty good. The seat was a bit loose but the windscreen repairer said he would sort it out last week. I would be interested to hear back from one of my viewer, whoever goes there soon regarding this trivial matter.

Great glass place. Had my windscreen replaced through insurance due to a crack. Dropped the car off in the morning, returned in the afternoon and it was done (to a high standard); along with a vacuum, all other window glass cleaned, and some lollies left in the console. Would highly recommend these guys! Thanks for the great service.

Super-friendly, on-time service over and above what was promised. With my tiny ancient beat-up car I felt just as well looked after as if I had a 65k BMW. ALL windows washed and a lolly bag on the dashboard - it's these small personal touches that make Smith and Smith so special. Why would I go anywhere else?

Had a chip in the windscreen the week before Christmas. Impending doom! David repaired the windscreen, cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the interior. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thanks
