Blanchfield Bakery - Greymouth - Photo album

Blanchfield's was recommended on the service formerly known as Twitter and unlike Twitter, Blanchfield's proved to be worth every plaudit. The steak and mushroom pie was lovely, the Lamingtons were PERFECT and the triple shot mocha was smooth and easy to drink. If I am ever back in Greymouth, I will
Beautiful meal. Crazy loud among the staff but it was all fun. If you don't like loud, buy a sandwich then go sit in a park. I loved it
Ok super impressed. Got a Mince cheese & jalapeño pepper pie, looked a bit dry but had to try it. Great crust top to bottom, not dry at all great taste. Pie was nice and hot 🔥 temp wise and slightly spicy hot. What a great combination. All nade on sites. I will be back.
Probably the most appreciated bakery cafe for the locals, they do a very good pie. Very much worth the visit on a cold day, and being a local favourite you know you'll be treated right. I would have given them 5 stars but sadly the cafe is just lacking that something to make it a memorable visit. We
Great food, service was good. Only problem was I got in trouble with the Wife, as she thinks I ate the other half of her Angel Delight.
Coffee and pastries were great! The girls that worked there were quite entertaining.
Great local place for breakfast, coffee and dessert!
This place is satisfactory in every respect, in terms of food, prices, service and cleanliness. It is best for quick lunches and coffee, tea or other. They can also source food from the adjoining namesake bakery. Staff are polite and obliging. They pay attention to customers' individual needs. Re
Smoked brisket pie one of best I've ever had lovely staff
Amazingly friendly, beautiful cabinet food and nice coffee
Great range. Friendly and efficient staff. Make sure you use the right door as the left side is not what you would think . Parking is an issue
Good coffee and baking. Decent selection of gluten free baking.
Steak and mushroom pie was so good. Generous with the filling and gravy, divine. I’m lucky I got the last one before they closed for the day!
Best bakery ever. Smoked brisket pie was next level. Super friendly, lovely staff and great coffee! Thanks ladies!
One of the best experiences I've had at a bakery. I went in and asked if there were any salad rolls as I'm a vegetarian, they didn't have any but I was kindly offered to have one made for me. Great, friendly service. Roll was delicious. Thank you so much!
A neat bakery with history! Blanchfield's has been running for a long time. Known best to me for serving dressed pies (If you have no idea what a dressed pie is, don't worry I didn't either). I'm not sure the dressed pie should exist, seeing as it's beetroot slices and peas on a pie. Pros: - Staff
The vege pies and fries were really good. staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. Place has been operating since 1892 and I love its history. Thanks
If you're visiting Greymouth, do yourself a favour and visit this cafe. Great food, great coffee, friendly staff and good prices.
