Don't be put off by the signage and name - this place is fantastic. Really good vegetarian options but I had the lamb biryani and it was absolutely lovely. The food is cooked fresh so it's not as instantaneous as some will be used to but absolutely delicious!

I went there at about 7:30 pm and i was the only one in there. Nevertheless the service was very kind and welcoming. The food tasted very good as well. Price was also very good for what i got. I would recommend to check out.

Food very nice, however a little different from the presentation I was expecting. Slow service but worth the wait.

Came here on a quiet night so it seemed very spacious. The menu is large with a good selection of starters and mains. The order was taken in good time and drinks were brought quickly. Food took a little long but it was worth it! Good quality curry and at the exact heat I wanted. I'm sure I will be back again!

Wonderful hospitality and food from husband and wife team, Ramesh and Madhu. No mass produced food here! Each dish is delicately hand seasoned fresh each time. Extensive Indian menu plus Malaysian, Continental, and even for kids. All of them delicious so keep everyone happy. Enjoy a quiet conversation with your dinner partners in this newly decorated tasteful, comfortable. roomy and airy restaurant. Excellent for parties or group occasions. Average mains $14. You'll be back. We've enjoyed this food for years!!

Really really good tasting curries, had a great authentic taste. You could actually see the vegetables in the meal! The paratha and roti were very fresh and the onion bhajis were out of this world. Will be back thanks!

Me and my partner liked the food. Good service. Alan tried the Malaysian Ayam chef style chicken with seasonal veggies which was really good. I tried steak Madagascar which was quite different from usual steak dishes!

In my opinion this restaurant is special and one of the underrated dining gems in Hamilton. Unlike many other indian restaurants the food here is made completely from scratch, so the food is fresh and delicious with flavours quite unlike anything else you will find in Hamilton. Service is good, but this is a small family operated restaurant, so don't expect to be waited on hand and foot for drinks or continually asked how your meal is, as in some other restaurants. The wait times can be quite long at 30 minutes or more, particularly if busy. It pays to call ahead and pre-order where possible. The lunch specials are well priced, so that is a good time to go. I have been probably 20+ times and although there has been the odd off day, the food is quite special and well worth a visit.

Try Steak Madagascar! One of the best I tasted here in NZ. As always, they serve it freshly cooked and you will feel full and satisfied after eating here. The customer service is great. I love the food in that place! Also, try their Laccha Paratha. Flaky on the outside and soft on the inside flat bread.

The restaurant was superb and the food so authentic. We were a party of four on 27.03.2021. Service is outstanding and lovely ambience. Deserves 5 stars in every way.
