WOW! Very impressed with the service from the moment we walked in off the street. Greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed by exceptional staff. We ordered a meal each off the $14 lunch menu, and for that price we didn’t expect much. We are blown away. The quality, taste, presentation, portion
My daughter and I went here for lunch and found the Sunday waffle special, 2 for 1. We both got the Chicken Bacon waffles and were very happy with our choice. Will have to come back and try other dishes when in Hamilton next.
Customer service was amazing, helpful, friendly and kind. My son got the Bank Burger and considering smashed burgers are popular this burger could not compete. If they went smashed it would take less time to cook and be a lot juicer. I got the Slow Cooked Scotch and it was delicious.
Fantastic Food and service. Busy yet efficient. Two for one Tuesdays may well be the best value dining in the country. Great team work.
Good food and great service. $14 menu was really nice in taste and portion sizes.
Last went to Bank a few years back and it was average, decided to go back for another try recently on a Tuesday 2 for 1 night and so glad we did. Service was friendly and efficient. Burgers were juicy and flavourful, great amount of sauce and not too much salad, perfect amount of fries on the side.
Nice food. Calm place on Sunday afternoon.
Ash made sure we had everything taken care of on the 5th Dec, was so amazing making everything smooth for our work function, everyone particularly loved that their order came out with their name, was so organised and easy, food was on the table within 20minutes sitting, for table of 20, even having
Good cozy place to dine out. Have a good menu with reasonable or competitive pricing. Service is good and you could select your seating on different category of places that is not available everywhere. Gourmet burgers and their scotch fillet are great and better than nearby famous steakhouses. Aweso
My first time here and I have to admit I'm impressed. The menu is simple yet sophisticated. The food is exquisite and full of robust flavors. Their take on the classic Surf n Turf is absolutely amazing. The scotch fillet was a perfect medium rare and melt in the mouth decadence. Their Braised Lamb S
Had a lunch on weekday. Nice and quiet with open wood burning fire. Good food(carbonara, quesadilla) and coffee with reasonable price. Would love to visit again.
Good value, friendly service. Basic pub menu - my burger was good (would have been excellent if they'd toasted the bun)
Really good meals, decently priced. I’ve been coming to the Bank since we were poor students. It’s been a staple date night through our early twenties and it’s still a pretty decent place to go for large groups, brunches, lunches and dinners. They have specials they run through their socials, especi
Upon entry we received a friendly welcoming. We were invited to our table and talked to about the different available options. The staff were extremely friendly and checked on us half way through our meal. The pricing is also decent for quality food. Our seating was also calmly lit in a place that w
