Friendly family run restaurant with ambient atmosphere. Very tasty Indian and Asian menu. Our group meets here once a month! 😋😋😋
Quality, tasty food. Butter nan is just awesome. Very good service. Nice place to spend time. Arrangements are good. Neat and tidy. Better if it had a hand washing system outside the toilet.

Had ordered Goat curry, Keema naan, paratha and a cold drink delivery. Nothing special except the delivery girl. She was aware of customer need and was on time. Curry portion was bigger however lacks flavours. Keema naan good but paratha flop. Appreciate the effort of delivery girl who come back again to deliver the drink bottle she forgot before. Price was reasonable compared to other takeaways nearby.
Good food. Quick service. Would have again next time I am in the area.
We had the Rogan Josh, Chicken Balti and the Aloo Gobi. Each was lovely.

Latest review as of 4/06/2023 - we had a dinner party last night the food was amazing and i must say the owner of this restaurant is amazing. His conduct is so respectfully professional. Have been a regular customer here since last 6 years and is still the best restaurant I have been to. Best service and best food. Trust me go try this amazing place.
New review as of 14/12/2022- we were a little disappointed with the service this time. The food was okay but the boy at the front desk had ruined our evening. He won’t listen to us and didn’t clear up the dishes as we had to cut a cake and when we went to call him he was busy on his phone which was kind of rude. He came in with the cake and no candles that we had given at the reception and had to ask him to get those. He didn’t really care much about clearing or cleaning the table for us. We have always had all our family celebration at this place but hun were disappointed this time. The other manager was perfect and greeted us nicely. Will come again but hope for a better service this time.

We ordered Saag Lamb, Butter chicken & 2 x garlic naan mains, cost $52. Both meals were delicious, chefs kiss is well deserved!
I have always experienced great service that is prompt and never have had to wait for our meals. The staff are very helpful and answer any question you may have. Meals are always very tasty and full of flavour. Also you get lots of meat with a thick sauce. My favourite is Mango chicken and Butter Chicken. Thank you to Ramesh and Sarita and your team.

After moving into the area two weeks ago, The Curry King was recommended to us. They have instantly become our regular Friday night treat. Their curries are authentic - lots of flavor (real Indian flavours), generous portions of protein, beautifully cooked rice, and reasonably priced. With the additional bonus of surprisingly fantastic poppadoms. This is my first ever review - they greatly deserve give stars!
Tried a curry here for the first time (takeaway). It was really very nice, one of the best curries, flavour, quantity, quality. We've tried a few other places around hamilton but this one seems to be the best. The only one comment is be mindful of their spiciness (hence 4 stars not 5). Their medium is still pretty hot/spicey more than others. My partner had a butter chicken medium and he said it had a real kick to it, it was making him sweat. I had a mild to medium chicken tikka masala and that was hotter than other's i've eaten and even though the curry itself was lovely it was too 'hot' to enjoy the actual flavours properly so next time both of us will only ask for mild.
What more do you want from a restaurant than an amazing food? It is very hard to find food which is genuine, fresh and so tasty these days.
This only happens when someone loves what he does. At The Curry King the chef obviously does! I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough 👍👍👍

One of the best Indian restaurants we have tried exceptionally welcoming staff mouth watering food reasonable price nice ambiance and adequate parking. We were late one night and they reopened the kitchen rather than turn us away. Nowhere else we have enjoyed such warmth
