I was starving after visiting a sick relative at the hospital. Just down the hill was this MARVELLOUS roast shop. Best ever. Great food. They willingly swapped out kumara for potato. Mmm mmm. 😊 Such friendly fast serve too.
Online ordering great. Our order was money and food for value. Busy Place had a little wait however will go back.
Stopped here on way through Hamilton. The pork rolls were delicious and had heaps of pork in them. The crackle was perfect. Their homemade garlic bread was yum and the kid loved the chicken nuggets. Nice friendly staff. Definitely recommend Rick's Roast Kitchen! I'll be back for sure!

Love their roast! I have had beef and lamb. Both are really good. The meals are very substantial. Their rolls are not stingy on their serving of meat too. The salad in the roll is very nice too. I actually like that salad more than the cooked vegetables in the meal.
As a Canadian, I take roast VERY seriously! Ricks Roast had enticing photos and good reviews so I talked hubby into a 15 minute drive to give it a go. Soooo worth it! Mouth watering awesome. Couldn’t fault a single bite. Crackling was crazy tasty. Even picky hubby was impressed. Thanks so much!!
Nice and tidy little shop, good food, reasonably priced, nice pork crackle.
Vegetables not soggy, pork moist, for the price there was plenty to eat.
This place makes me wonder why I even have a kitchen at home. Good service, great portions and delicious food all at a very cheap price for what you get. Well worth the visit.
