Good coffee, fast and with a smile. Nice open plan space with tables having room for a laptop to finish the last notes on a business ppt. Lovely cakes and cabinet food. Service with a smile.
Consistently good food and coffee, I really do love this franchise. This branch at the Worley Place end of the Mall, is comfortable and offers the only sunny eating space in the mall, with outside views of the council terrace.
Such a sweetheart working here, it’s lovely every time I visit. I don’t know her name but she there every time I come. Food and drinks are good too but I love her vibe and friendliness that I just don’t see anywhere else
I am now in Sierra cafe in centre place my sister is having a coffee. She says it is good it looks well made. I am having sparkling water Phoenix brand which is yummy. But I am also having a raw energy ball which has no cacao in it which I like. This cafe is more suited for consideration of comfort
Seriously one of the best breakfasts I’ve had, service is amazing, coffee is great, French toast was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Great staff and a great service. Couldn’t ask more them to be more polite or quick. Definitely a great place to go for brunch or lunch with great people working there
I come here often and its always been great. There was a bit of a delay in getting one of the 2 coffees we ordered but all good. Good food and friendly staff.
Just have to say the lady behind the counter is delightful. Greets you like you matter instead of "just another customer". (And my omelet was delicious!)
Best Ice Chocolates in Hamilton! I don’t drink coffee or tea so I love having a nice chocolate drink when going out for lunch. I’ve tried ice chocolates at many other cafes in Hamilton and these guys are the best! The food is always wonderful, Hubby is always happy with his meals. And very friendly

I don’t come here that often but today was one of the better visits. Came with two colleagues as one of them is leaving NZ and we wanted to treat her. The lady who served us was friendly and so was the nice Chinese girl making the coffees
