Had a good meal. The cashier/ worker Danny had a good customer service and a friendly demeanor. This BK is always pretty clean when I come here. Would recommend this over the Wendy's or maccas in this local area
Friendly service, clean, didn't have to wait too long for my food, great family packs, good amount of parking, plenty of seating.
Burger King innit. Don't get the loaded fries....not worth it. Other than that classic Burger King never fails!
The manager is very friendly and energetic. Happy place for the parents as your kids will enjoy their time at Timeout :)
It was a super hot NZ summer day and our dogs were fighting over the AC while we sat in the drive-thru. Everything was ordinary while we ordered.
But when we got to the window, the server was super lovely, brought us a cup of water for the dogs without us even asking ! He was really nice about it. Great customer service.
Food was alright
I haven't bn to Burger King for a long time, I wouldn't buy the stk burger again it wasn't what I expected. But I'd definitely go back for the whopper deals. The service was great the guy was polite, the place was clean. The snow freeze machine wasn't going and we really wanted a thick shake, never mind. I'd go back again but not in a while. Friday 16th June... Omg my daughter and I went to the Hamilton BK for lunch, we went through the drive thru and we both got a double Whopper, chips and drink. The price has gone up but it was an amazing meal, and I'd rather pay and eat BK than any other food outlet. Everything on my burger was fresh and I nibbled the tomato slowly lol. Huge meal and we both enjoyed our treat.

Pulled up on a hot day, service was fast and very polite. I was served by the super friendly Cory, who had a nice smile and additude that i haven't seen in most drive throughs before. Food was well made and super yummy with lots of sauce. The drinks were perfect way to cool off, as the temp had hit the high 20s. The inside looked very clean and well decorated, definitely will have to go in next time. Much nicer than any of the drive thoughs I've seen in Auckland! Very satisfied. 10/10 recommended 👌🏾
Normally, we get great service here, but the last visit they mucked up our order.
Just had good conversation with the manager and I was trying to redeem reward points from the app but unfortunately system was down . Manager explained it briefly and throughly and I understand it n moved on from it. Sometimes all you need patience and understanding. Good service. Keep it up
The customer service was excellent. Even with a big line of cars outside and lots of customers inside, Alex and his work mates had a positive attitude. Lots of smiles to customers and fast service. I give them a 10👍
Very clean & convenient to use the drink dispenser, once you understand the process.
Store was very clean, from what I could see, while standing there. Staff are very friendly, which made it easier with a little one.
