I went here yesterday, just to grab some lunch. My Choice, Three Pepper Chicken. I was greeted by a young lovely Kiwi lady, this' around 3:40pm. She's quite good to be honest, she asked everything from start to finish with an admiring attitude plus a great smile. She did a a well done wrapping the sub, so the stuff inside does not fall out easily. Keep up the great work. 👍
I love this subway, Great customer service & they are very generous with their salads, the food are always appetizing & fresh.
The indian attended with glasses has such powerful politeness & respective services..
I've been to Silverdale, frankton, Grey st , they are worse in service, I don't wanna say anymore, but Ulster st, you are the best
There was No avocado so the team then made me the best sandwich i think ive had with lots of fillings and sauces. And a free drink and cookies to compensate. Outstanding service. Thanks guys :)

Came in this afternoon and can honestly say the best customer service I've ever had and I am the most critical person... the young man was absolutely amazing, the young lady little shy, but she will definitely get there under his guidance. First time I can actually say my sub was the bomb. The manager came and said hi as well, no offense to him, but he was also needed guidance from the young man, I'm trying to understand why you have a superstar in your shop and you don't utilize him as a manager. .. but guys amazing. Thankyou
The lettuce was brown ,no oat & raisin cookies
Kind and helpful staff. No need to request the quantity or add sufficient vegetables. By default they add adequate vegetables, microwave patty to perfect time, change gloves on request. Worth my time driving there on my visit to Hamilton. Toast the bread perfectly. They add sauce as per request, no hurry. Will visit again.
There should be more subways sharing a space with sushi!!!!
Excellent. The Base is quick efficient and courteous with great service and food, always a pleasure to seek out healthy and find it with that special 'You're the customer, how can we help?' Attitude with a smile, refreshing indeed :)
