Thankyou! I ordered coffee this morning through the BP App but didn.t notice i selected the wrong store, BP Rototuna were great! Replaced my order with no hassle at all. SO THANKYOU BP ROTOTUNA love the coffee!!!
Great and very friendly staff. I am visiting on daily basis to have my coffee. Alway on time. Nice tidy toilets.
Great customer service!, had a small problem, staff were understanding and helpful and fixed prob. Would recommend using here over the other 7 various brand stations I've used over past week or so. (Clean, well stocked, great staff)
After 5.30am the wild bean side of business is great, I know I can usually rely on the bp app and get my coffee after I order it online. However EVERY single time I have ordered before 5.30am I turn up and have to pretty order again because the night watch haven’t heard the order come thru. I know this is a first world problem and I shouldn’t even be wasting the digital print 😂 it’s just frustrating when you turn up to the night window and the young guys like - oh sorry... didn’t hear it ... 🙄 perhaps it needs a volume adjustment
