We were in for dinner my partner got medium hot chicken breast with our usual peri salt chips and tenderstem broccoli. I got the medium spiced chicken wrap with peri chips and minted peas. We asked for perimayo but got given garlic mayo instead, I did ask if we could get the peri mayo instead but they didn't have any, I would have preferred that they said to us that there was no peri mayo left and asked us what we would like instead rather than just giving us something else this is just a little mark down from 5. Otherwise the food and service was great.
I remember when this place first opened and it was really the talk of the town, we hadn't any idea what the food was going to be like but we loved it. When you go in you get shown to your seat and then you can either order in person by the tills or you can use the app to order the food. I prefer using the app because then you can see exactly what you'd like and then you can pay for it directly through the app. I do wish that you could earn more credit based on how much you spend instead of it being fixed to a mesely one. The food here is good and I do think that the quality is great, it can be a bit on the pricy side but if you're looking for chicken that is going to be high quality and delicious, then this is the place to visit.
Customer service was amazing! Went here with a friend and we had trouble ordering on the website though staff were lovely and generous! The customer service was the customer service I've had in a long time! Plus food was fantastic 😊

My grandaughter has taken to Nandos just now and this one didn't let us down. Friendly helpful staff, good service quickly served beautifully presented and very tasty. Lekker eet! Bom Appetite!

Food is good and came out reasonably on time. The portion was small, but other portions were reasonable size, so I'm not sure if it was supposed to be small.
I do love a Nandos. They usually get my order right, they're always helpful, especially when I ask for just avocados on the side haha. Their avocados are amazing. If you haven't had one, ask for one. The last time, it was raw, boak, but! They brought me out another to replace it.
Loved this nandos on the passing back from a trip it was the first time i had a nandos in a long time but it was cooked to perfection it was busy at the time and we haf to wait half an hour for it but the staff where friendly

I've been told by many friends that Nandos is great so I gave it a go and... It is! The place was well maintained and the staff friendly, and it seems a great place to go with a group of friends. And the food? Well, for the price it was pretty damn good! I got a half chicken with two sides which was under £10, and the chicken was well cooked and had a great flavor (I went with the seasonal mandarin spice dressing), and the sides were ample and tasty. My one complaint is the use of a QR code for ordering... Not a fan as I feel this system removes the human element from dining out and is a sneaky way for the company to cut corners and save money at the clients expense. But that's a personal complaint and doesn't detract from overall experience too much! Recommended, especially if you are in a group.
Had a disaster tonight 3 kids in for a Birthday dinner and I lost my purse in the place we were previously, My sons dad was on his way to pay for the kids food but the Manager Karen honestly went above and beyond what a lovely girl you are you made a difficult situation so much better with your absolute kindness thank you again. The rest of the staff were a pure delight! Faith restored tonight on Nando’s Hamilton.
