Very nice restaurant, food was really delicious we order different types of food and share all of it. There was so much flavour and texture in it we simply love it !! Garlic naan could be little bit more crispy. Thank you Indian zaika

The three of us were excited to find a restaurant open on a Monday night in Hawera. This place did not disappoint! Easy parking outside, wonderful service, unique decore inside & lovely views outside, amazing Indian authentic curries & starters.

If you looking for great food and great value, don’t look further. Curries were incredible. Possibly the best curries I’ve had in New Zealand. 100% recommended
Visiting Hawera we were actually looking for another restaurant, but couldn't find it, so by chance ended up at Zaika. Really pleased we did. Food was great, as was service. The young man who looked after us was attentive but not in your face. The young woman looking after other tables seemed friend
We had a delicious meal here, not the usual butter chicken we would order at an Indian restaurant, we went for the lamb shank and mango chicken, both delicious! Great and friendly service too!
A lovely lunch and the service was excellent. We had the lunch special, which is very good value for money.
Awesome food. The best cheese naan. Great service. Only had delivery and takeway so far, but looking forward to dining in soon.
Back again, great menu, coconut rice was awesome with the Masala, really nice balanced flavours, can’t wait to return…And return we have... still great tasting good and excellent service.

Had lunch today with a bunch of friends. Everything was perfect. Served on time and time to eat and get back to work. Had a medium heat curry and it was delicious. Happy table of tāngata. Will def go back.
It took a long time to have our orders taken and we had to go to the bar to order drinks, but the food was top notch and once things got rolling, it was a wonderful evening

I love eating here. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, polite and helpful, and the restaurant decor is very attractive (I love the mural!). I do appreciate the space between tables - in so many places you're cheek-by-jowl with other diners.
Amazing food prepared very quickly, with warm and welcoming decor, the staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our last restaurant meal here, and will be going again some time.
