Sizzling beef was yum, was my daughters favorite, We like the egg plant, sweet and sour was pretty good, the spicy lamb skewers were yum but chongqing chicken came out over cooked I think they forgot about it, cause it came out a lot later, came out really over cooked borderline burnt, because they agreed to only charge half for it I am okay to give 4 stars cause overall the food was very good with this exception. Bit of a language barrier cause they thought I was saying it’s too spicy, I absolutely love spicy food, throw anything at me, had many variations of spicy chicken, dry chilli chicken etc, but I’m sorry guys it was very over cooked! Nonetheless we will come back again because they were fair and the food was good. Nice clean premises and comfortable place to eat in.
After I read those bad reviews, I’m a bit worried to get in. But thank god I went to this place. I’m originally from China.
This place is 100% traditional northern Chinese food. I ordered at least 5 dishes and only cost me 87 dollars. Will definitely coming back.I re read those bad comments. No disrespect guys, but if you like western Chinese food, such as honey chicken and lemon chicken. You might don’t like the this real Chinese restaurant. But , if you wanna save some time traveling to China to eat real Chinese food. This one is a must to go !
推荐给所有人 味道很正
1/ Mildly surprised how good our experience was here and one doesn’t need to speak Mandarin to eat here. Food was well prepared and asked that it not be spicy. Steady stream of diners and service was acceptable, like other Northern Chinese restaurants, cutlery is self service and tea had to be asked for, but prices are very affordable.
2/ First visit for 2023, a very busy Friday night, great atmosphere, dishes got a lil’ spicy this time, but acceptable, considering how busy it was, waiting staff were still friendly and accommodating.
In this day and age, it’s very rare for us to consider coming back to a restaurant, let alone doing a Google review afterwards. Food was great, better quality and quantity than expected for the very competitive price. Am planning to come back next week.
Typical Northern China food with almost all the signature dishes. (The flavor should be salty, punchy and a bit spicy) so NOT for you if your favorite Chinese dish is "sweet sour pork".
The picture says it all - nothing left on the plates because it's all so phenomenal, fried eggplant and BBQ chives are so good. As a vegetarian I am amazed at how much variety and flavors come with the numerous vege friendly options. This place goes hard!
This place is so phenomenal. Delicious food with insanely good vegetarian options. The deep
Fried eggplant will have me coming back again tomorrow. All the low reviews below are from idiots who can’t handle spice or fresh food. Can’t recommended enough - EDIT I did come back again and it was even better than before
I hope this hidden gem takes off in Henderson, I've been looking for North Chinese food for so long and have finally found it. When you think of Chinese food you might be used to Southern Chinese (think egg fu yong, sweet & sour pork) but this is authentic North Chinese food which I'd argue is the best cuisine in the world. They have an amazing BBQ section, with heavenly smoked meats, veges and tofus on skewers with spicy, flavoursome cumin that will blow your mind . Anything on the menu won't disappoint but promise me you'll try one of their eggplant dishes and it will make you wonder how we do cooking so wrong! Thankyou Auntie and chefs, until next time.
Good service, supper tasty food, and very cold beer.
Great food, decent price and really generous portion.
The food taste alright and authentic. Mostly North East Chinese cuisine with regional variations, but North East cooking is a bit on the saltier side and may not be for everyone, flavourful never the less.
On non-spicy cold dishes, chilli can be requested on demand.
Kinda good value, portions are very fair.
It's obvious it's a restaurant that favours low margins. A shop that is underated and deserves higher ratings.
Sure the peeps aren't that good on English, however if they were, it wouldn't be authentic.
Bring someone that speaks Mandarin or Google translate, simple.
Those in the know understands restaurants suffer the highest losses in these difficult times.
In any sense, if a restaurant can operate with skeleton crew is about the only way it can survive. It's not here to make serious money, but only to sustain a living.
A real hidden gem in Henderson. Well done.
Authentic chinese flavor.Love it
The flavors is really nice. BBQ eggplant and pickled cucumber so good.
Don't expect much from service but it's about the food's so it's all good.
