It's a very recommended place. The food was very delicious and satisfied with the eyes and mouth. The spacious interior space was very beautiful and it was a luxurious atmosphere that would be great for entertaining guests. The staff are kind, so I'm planning to visit again next time.

Fantastic place. We dinned in at Lunchtime on a Wednesday. Not too busy so service was fast. We had 4 starters and 5 mains, all of which were beautiful. I was very pleasantly surprised because I had read some reviews. I cannot fault our experience. A true credit to the chefs and staff.

Cosy place, awesome staff and plenty of parking at the back. Exquisite meals, particularly their duck. Unfortunately, it’s not available when we came the last time for a group dinner (mothers day), we were so looking forward to it. We still had a great time, as always. Keep it up guys!

It was my first time here, and it was a wonderful lively place to dine with niece who chose the restaurant. I was very impressed, and we vowed to return. The atmosphere was exciting and there was a good mix of ages from young to old. Each dish was presented beautifully. The wait was very short between courses, and even though the place was full and bustling, the service times were quick. There is plenty of car parking behind the restaurant, and if you needed to, you could do your grocery shopping on the way home. The place was very clean. The toilets were painted beautifully. In all a great experience.

Loved the ambient lighting of the space and each dish we ordered was beyond flavourful! The wagyu curry, prawn popcorn and pandan dessert were crowd pleasers. Would definitely come here again to try the rest of the menu, kudos to the very friendly and accomodating wait staff too- we had Mernard brighten our whole evening :))

My friends and I had a lovely experience when we came here for dinner. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The food is pretty cheap for the quality and it is plated beautifully. This restaurant is great for people for all ages and very accommodating for families with kids. You can make a reservation in advance but we just walked in and were seated almost immediately. I was very impressed as it was my first time coming here. My friend says this is one of his favourite restaurants in all of Auckland. I would highly recommend.

Gladly surprised by this restaurant. The food was good (the sashimi and the duck fried rice were particularly good!). Everyone in the group enjoyed their dessert. I didn't enjoy so much the salmon spring roll (too fishy) or the papaya salad (too hot) but they were still ok. Nicely decorated (tropical theme), just a bit loud so it makes it hard to have a conversation. Good service. Carpark at the back. I would go back.

We love dining at Tok Tok. We've tried everything on the small plates menu and most things on the mains menu, all dishes taste incredible! Cosy atmosphere, amazing service - Mernade is friendly, attentitive, and has excellent product knowledge. Fantastic dining experience every time!

Overall experience was a positive one, staff were pretty attentive & friendly. We liked the food, it's tasty & unique however we'd still prefer authentic Thai than fusion. We tried ordering some cocktails, but 3 times our preferences were not available. Pictured are papaya salad, pork&prawn padthai, and lemongrass chicken. The best of these 3 was the chicken, it had nice flavours and the chicken itself was tender and juicy. Padthai was our least favourite - not sure about the flavour and taste, not like the standard padthai sauce / flavour. Our cocktails were full of ice and rather bland, cant even taste the alcohol - $20 for a glass of icy water is too pricey.

Lovely food. Really enjoyed the Wagyu Beef Cheek Massaman Curry. Full of flavor. Nice heat. 4 stars. The Shaking Beef was so tender that it literally melted in the mouth.

Asian fusion is their business and the flavors are phenomenal. Only drawback was that the portion sizes were pretty small despite the 'bigger plate' labeling. Some of that could be due to how rough COVID-19 has been on the hospitality industry in addition to inflation. Service was excellent though and I'm glad that it's in the neighborhood.

Recently opened in Hobsonville, this home of spice and fusion did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, professional and friendly staff from the surrounding community, and of course locals from all around the area gives this place a sense of familiarity when you are dining. Tok tok is best experienced when with someone, to share the flavors bursting from the menu, and off those plates. Great for a family visit, friends session, a couples option or even if you can't resist and take it all in on your own, you will be well taken care of. Here are some of my photos of my first and recent visit to this new local of mine! Prawn dumplings, duck rice and shaking beef! Not what you are after? No worries, check out the rest of the menu! Tell them you seen it here and let them know I sent you! JL

Love their food and it's stayed consistently good over the years. They are a great example of a restaurant that doesn't need to keep changing to improve but just keep improving what they are already doing so well. Can go wrong with most small plates but go for popcorn prawns, beach rolls and their kafor lime chicken... the pad thai, the massaman curry and the pork belly are great choices 🤤.

Absolutely loved our dinner here recently! The popcorn shrimp is delicious and we really rated the sweet and sour pork belly! Our waiter was friendly and the customer service was great. I read in other reviews that they had small portions - I personally think they’re standard if not slightly larger portion size! It is a little on the expensive side, but I feel like that’s most restaurants in Auckland. Definitely would go back again to try more of their menu!

First time visit for lunch. We were the first table to arrive just when they started their business. Greeted by one of the staff and was kindly reminded that the kitchen would take a little longer to start the cooking, so maybe will need to wait slightly longer. Understanable, so we have no issue with that. Ordered the duck and beef with rice, did not wait that long actually. Was a business lunch meeting so I wasnt checking the time really. Fusion style asian food but nice. Will come again for other dishes.
