Great food, we had the Beef Wellington, Beef sirloin and Twice cooked pork belly. Good service with attentive servers despite buzy night. A bit too noisy for us, but understandable as Saturday evening was busy.
We are tourists who come here for a quick breakfast, don't expect much in terms of food taste or space here. However, we were pretty surprised with the interior space decorated in a very unique style, each corner is a special style. The store has a large space, comfortable seats, they even decorat
The eggs bennies at Stella Cafe were delicious š As were the smash avocados on toast. We would recommend Stella's for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The live bee hive was an added cool item to the place!
Great coffee, and friendly positive service. Must come back for some food! Always here to support local businesses in the Hometown.
Had a wonderful meal here. The staff were so hospitable. The food was fantastic. The service was great. The Cafe was clean and tidy. Obviously a popular place as it was very busy.
Only downfall.....it's not in Tauranga. Make the most of it NZ.

Fantastic coffee! Great breakfast and lunch selection. Double layer toasted sandwiches are packed with fillings, you can choose what you have. Bowl of fries came as a very generous serving with homemade tomato relish. Staff are friendly and efficient. Probably one of the best cafes in Hokitika.
Great breakfast set. There is a live hive behind the glass in the cafe which is cool to watch. Coffee is not bad, environment is nice, good place to chill out and have brunch.

What a fabulous Eggs Bene OMG Delicious! Wonderful Cafe with friendly helpful staff and great atmosphere. Really doing their bit to make an enjoyable experience esp under covid L2 conditions. Will definitely be returning.
Wonderful cafe, lovely food. They have keto foods and were very accommodating with our requests. Love the bee's on the wood floor. Clean place with very friendly staff.
Their smoked mushroom breakfast was delicious and very generously stacked with mushies swimming in a thick smoky mushroom sauce. It's the first time I'd had a meal beside a behive that has been aranged with a clear panel for viewing the inhabitants go about their business.
Our group of 4 enjoyed our delicious burgers & steak sandwiches. My hot chocolate was also fantastic - but we all found the coffee to taste burnt.
An awesome cheese scone this morning and the best Big Breakie yesterday. Incredible coffee both days while visiting. Great Service an all round must stop here place.ā¤
Great spot!! Just went in for a coffee and to read the paper. Ended up with a quick lesson about bees. āLife Bees live hereā If weāve had the time we could have learnt a little more about cheese too. Good coffee and the food menu looked inviting, however didnāt eat anything as we just had breakfast
