My visit was to the Takapuna store.
The staff member on till was super friendly and we had a laugh while she was getting my chosen items, there was no line to order food, there was however a queue of people waiting for their drinks (5+ people) so there was a bit of a wait for that. I ordered a Caramel Mocha Latte, small with single shot and it was great, not too sweet seeing as it was flavoured and usually these are thick, syrupy and sickly, so very nice.
The food was really yum, I got a Cinnamon Scroll, Passionfruit Filled Donut, a Caramilk Filled Donut and a Raspberry Longboi. I think my only comment would be on the Longboi. I wish it had more raspberry, otherwise I would liken it more to just a cream donut that you can typically get. The cream however - is AMAZING!
Ordered a cake from Jess from our sons second birthday. We had the white choc and raspberry.... Honestly hands down the best cake I've ordered from a store! Will never go anywhere else for celebration cakes again! Thanks Jess and team :) oh and the coffee was also beautiful too!
Highly recommend JJBB!! Their cakes are works of art and taste phenomenal. Jess, Janie and the girls are lovely, they work so hard and are passionate about what they do. Don't let the line outside the shop scare you, it's definitely worth the wait for their treats.
We have visited Just Jess Boujee Bakery a few times now and seriously, it never dissapoints. The food is always absolutely delicious and on our most recent visit we tried the drinks. The iced coffee was probably the best we've had and the pink drink so yummy. Absolutely recommend visiting and preferably with an empty stomach! Best donuts out there, Caramilk Tarts are next level too, just YUM YUM YUM.
WOW! I had the biscoff knot (as the much loved biscoff donuts had sold out while ya girl was off on an early forest run) I also took a dairy gamble and tried the dolce latte and holy Jesus Christ on a motorbike I died and went to heaven. This was the best post 15km forest run treat I’ve ever had!! You guys need to get amongst the Tarawera event - pretty sure entries would double if you were there!
The yummiest coffee and treats! I've been buying Jess's donuts since she was baking them out of her small home kitchen and she always delivers the highest quality products. Her staff are so friendly and I always look forward to my weekly catch up with the girls when I come in for my coffee and treat before work. The only downside is having to wait in line on the weekends and the stress of thinking "what if they sell out before I get to the front"... I will forever recommend Just Jess to everyone and anyone :)
My first but definitely not my last visit here! I was picking up a box of personalised cookies for a bridal lunch I was organising. They were stunning. Each one was individually wrapped which was perfect as I was using them as part of a place setting for each guest and everyone loved them. I also bought some doughnuts… they were incredible, the banoffee longboi was hands down the best doughnut I’ve had. I’ve already ordered more biscuits for another event and can’t wait for more banoffee doughnuts when I pick them up. Keep up the amazing work gals! X
The most gorgeous cakes, cookies & more. So much attention to detail goes into every item that comes out of this shop. Jess and her team create the most amazing items that not only look spectacular but taste amazing! The amount of feedback from people at our baby shower on this cake & the cookies we had is amazing! Highly recommend. Every single time.
Best service and donuts ever!!! My faves are the pink roundies and love how they have new flavoured donuts and new treats all the time! Would definitely recommend ☺️

I finally got to visit this beautiful bakery!!! Coffee and treats were amazing! Love seeing a small business get busy, they are under the pump like us all. Show your respect and patience when in store cause they really are doing their best so don’t be a di*k :) keep smashing it kids!!!

The iced choc was yum but but not how I like it, I prefer thicker ones, but thats just a personal preference, no disregard to the gals 👌🏿 thank you!

Donuts are out the gate!! SO GOOD, always consistent, I don’t know anywhere that makes donuts like JJB. Our 9 year old said “please give JJB a 5 star rating these are the best”

If I could give JJBB a 10 out of 5 I would!!! I cannot rate the delicious food and coffee that come out of this delightful bakery highly enough! The best doughnuts you have EVER eaten, bar none! The brownie and cakes are to die for, the savoury scrolls incredible, the cinny buns heaven and the coffee menu has to be seen to be believed, and tasted to understand. You have to try Jess's delicious treats otherwise you will never know what you are missing! My family can't stay away and doughnut towers for the kids birthday last month were a total hit. Go early and if you haven't tried before you can thank me later!!
