We came to CBK Craft Beer Kitchen in Kaiapoi, and we celebrated my cousins birthday. The kids had the cookie skillet and the ice cream doughnut. We had Silver dollar lager and Hazey IPA, and the Pulled Pork Nachos, very very delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming and we had a great time.
We went for a birthday as a group ... there was a mixup about the number and we were 2 seats short .... the nice wait staff politely asked the manager if there was a solution .... he quite rudely and loudly said NO THERE ARE NO OTHER SEATS OR TABLES ... then one of our group asked if we could have 2
Stone grill was cool, holds temp longer than I thought it would, stops you from eating the food too fast while keeping your steak hot - enjoyed every minute
I regularly bring my humans here for a drink after taking them for a walk, they seem to enjoy the beer (particularly the dark ale and the fruit ciders) and the food to refuel (tastes nice and good portions!). Got our orders mixed up, forgot 1 of 7 meals but overall nice food. Nice place, friendly staff and willing to take on newbys so good start point for the young. Great owner friendly and welcoming. Will go back

Great food, great atmosphere and great, friendly staff. This place is a favorite that we keep coming back to.
Good place to enjoy some nice sea food and burgers. The staff is really friendly and the kids will be looking for the cookie monster hanging around. The fish and chips could be less oily but everything else is presented nicely with a lovely smile.

We came in for breakfast today after discovering cbk on the entertainment app. We couldn't fault our experience from the service to the super amazing food and coffee. We will Def be bringing the family back they too need to experience those delicious waffles!
