Fresh ingredients, fresh coffee, just good food. Beware, because everything is made to order and the food is more than your average grab n go, don't expect this to be a quick bite. I'm not saying the service is slow, but this is more of a small restaurant than just a cafe. The menu is excellent and
Had a nice selection of drinks, I enjoyed the Turmeric Latte. We didn't try any of the food, though it looked very tempting, everything looked delicious.
Clearly it was a popular stop off as it was very busy.
Good quality tasty food with reasonable price. Attendants were all welcoming.
Amazing coffee. Drove back the second time (50km detour) as it was so good the first time, and was not disappointed the return trip. Keep up the good work!
Love this little gem at Kawakawa. Good coffee, friendly staff, yummy food, perfect location.
Great place to stop when heading north.
Always welcomed with a friendly smile and great service.
Coffee is awesome too.
We were hesitant because there wasn't what we normally get at cafes, but we had traveled from Ruakaka, so ordered from the menu on the board with coffees and waited.
Coffee out firstβ

WOW. The bacon Butty......The bread, the butter and loads of bacon. Outstanding.
Mine was going to be the test.....
Delicious food and great service. Home made style bacon hock and vege soup with cheese toastie. Yummy pork belly and salad sandwich, savoury french toast with bacon and avocado, good coffee too. Highly recommend, thanks
Wonderful staff, exquisite food and beverages. Highly recommend.
Great staff, coffee, bacon and eggs!
Lovely staff good selection of food that I suspect has reduced as a result of Covid. Not a five only because my cabinet food was slightly over heated and therefore chewy. Otherwise it's still a great spread. The omlettes looked good.
Chocolate and cinnamon brioche was delicious. Their Bos toastie with bacon π₯ and egg π³ was mean too.
Good food, freshly prepared (we were expecting what was in the cabinet) well done. The Girl on the coffee machine today could benefit from a barista course, 7/10 for the coffee. But hey, I'm a self confessed coffee snob.
Had a really good gluten free toasted sandwich with thickly sliced baked ham.
Been there twice this year and have to say that they serve up one of the best big breakfast dishes I have ever experienced. Plan on going back soon when I'm up that way to do the bike trail again.
Just popped in here to check out if they had any gluten free food and while their range is limited they have best ugly bagels which was delicious and one of the best banana smoothies I've ever had π
We stopped here last week for brunch and were not disappointed!! The best eggs bene with bacon I've tasted in a long time - would definitely recommend to all. Thanks team!!
